Great experience!

We worked with UB Code Roofing around a year ago now after a major hail storm which resulted in our need for new siding and a roof. This was our first time going through the claims process with our insurance and Cynthia was so helpful and patient as she helped us through the process and explained everything. She was a great point of contact and I talked with her a lot! We also worked with Jonathan. He helped in taking photos of the damage and in overseeing the work that the roofers and siding company completed. He was so thoughtful and kind and consistently checked up on us to make sure we were happy. The roof and siding projects were started right away after the claim was submitted with minimal wait time. Once started, the projects themselves were completed very quickly. Both our new roof and our siding turned out great and Cynthia and Jonathan were there checking in every step of the way. I was almost 9 months pregnant at the time and really wanted these projects completed before our baby arrived, and Cynthia was truly empathetic of that. And they delivered! We went into the hospital as the siding was being finished and came home with our new baby to a completed job! Thank you very much Cynthia, Jonathan, and team!

Great Company

UB Code Roofing has handled our roofing needs for many years. Whenever we had hail damage, UB Code personnel helped with the insurance claim and completed the work in a timely manner. Recently, UB Code helped with a warranty claim for deteriorating shingles. They provided all the evidence and documentation to the vendor in order to get the claim paid. Then they installed our new roof. I highly recommend UB Code Roofing for your roofing needs!

I've tried 3 roofing companies since…

I've tried 3 roofing companies since owning my home and the last and best was/is U.B. Code Roofing. Ronnie Smith, the owner, did my last roof damage inspection and corrected an oversight from my previous roofer, came in with a very fair estimate and upgraded my shingles; all within my budget. Having the owner on site validated his professionalism in ensuring the entire roofing job went according to plan and on time. Needless to say, U.B.Code is my one and only go to roofing company. Or as I tell the roofing telemarketers, "I have my own personal roofing company". An added bonus is Ronnie did all the paperwork with my insurance company and the USAA adjuster knew of U.B Code and told me " you made the right choice".

UB Code Roofing is by far the best roofing company I've ever done business with. I had 4 different roof replacements done over the years on 2 sperate properties. Awesome experience

Awesome experience! From the first call to the final inspection, the service was top-notch. The team communicated clearly, showed up on time, and did an amazing job on my roof. It’s hard to find companies that truly care about their work and customers, and this one definitely does. I couldn’t be happier with the results!

I highly recommend UB Code Roofing

I highly recommend UB Code Roofing. They installed roofs for my parents and me, and the experience was excellent every time. Their customer service is outstanding, and communication was consistent and clear throughout each project.
UB Code Roofing installed my roof and siding, and they also installed and painted the siding on my parents’ home. The quality of the workmanship really shows, and everything was completed professionally and on schedule.

UB Coding really went to bat for me…

UB Coding really went to bat for me when I had to have my roof replaced. They were my advocate when insurance companies tried to short change me - and they did a fantastic job! They're the best.
