Very quick to process devices. Keep you informed and up to date as to what stage of the process the devices are at once they receive them. If any issues arise with the devices, they explain the issues and reasons for changing the preliminary price. Very fair in their estimations and price changes. Wish I had more phones to sell to them!

Package arrived quick, which I thought was a good start.

Then it went downhill. Ridiculous price for a very good condition phone, minus 80% battery which needed replacing.
I had took photos before sending phone off which shows the condition of phone. Very minor marks on side, about invisible or need a magnifying glass to see!

I had previously sent a Iwatch off with bad battery - AND RECEIVED MORE from someone else!

After nearly a week - STILL NO PAYMENT! Only to find an email sitting in junk asking for a review to earn £5!
I didn’t get £5 for this - I don’t want it. But keep in mind other reviewers got £5 extra! Clearly no one gets their price or it gets graded very different when sent!

I have then had to contact them to ask where payment was.

Just awful, avoid and sell privately! I wish I just replaced the battery myself now and gave to someone in need. Don’t be a fool like I was.

AVOID. This place is a con. Don’t be fooled.

Service was all good, thought I would have got more than £41 for an I phone 15 pro with the rear glass and lense smashed when then invoice £277 for poor condition, but we win some and we lose some

Easy to send off phone and good clear updates of where you are throughout the process. Only negative is that I’ve never received the original price quoted. However, they will negotiate so don’t just accept the revised offer.

Uber link picked up my phone and it was received by them very quickly. I have been kept in contact with at all times and had every stage explained to me clearly. Would highly recommended this service.

Really easy quick process - happy with price given apple was offering recycling only

Sent my iPhone 13, I marked as poor condition as I had a non Apple battery fitted and there were three small scratches on the screen. They offered ‘up to’ £150 at that point. I sent the phone and they dropped the offer to £15! They said the screen was fake (it was the screen from new), the battery (which I knew about) and they said the phone body showed heavy signs of wear (it had always been in a drop proof case, so how is that possible. I asked for the phone back. They offered £25. I rejected, they asked me what the least I would accept was. I said £80. They refused and offered £50. At this point I could be bothered with any more hassle, so I accepted. If they can more than double their original offer, they are clearly trying their luck and I’m still not happy with their final offer. I have told them I will never use them again. I’ve sold every phone I’ve ever had and always had solid, fair offers and no hassle. This was a nightmare. Never again. If I could give no stars, I would.

I used the Compare and Recycle site to place an order with Uber Link - offered £355 for a phone in POOR condition.

They receive the phone and offer me £130 - explaining to Compare and Recycle some rubbish about the screen and housing needing to be replaced. Such a shame we can’t post photos on here because that is utter garbage.

Interestingly enough, I’ve just used SellMyPhone to see what came up. Condition options are - NEW, WORKING, BROKEN

Guess who “offer” £345.50 for a BROKEN IPhone 15 Pro Max? Yes, Uber Link. It is the worst condition you can rate the phone at and Uber Link will then offer you over £200 LESS than this website when you send it to them!! 😡😡

Who to blame? These comparison sites or the resellers that tell porky pies about the phone?

Avoid them all like the Plague!!!!
