My package got lost in mail, I thought it was ucmgroup fault, but turns out it wasn't. They sent resent my package, plus sent me an extra one with a value of $56, for my trouble. Turns out this is a good company

I placed order on 8-1-24 sent several emails, got answer on 11th day, they sent tracking number and said that I should order get my mealworms from Amazon, So I am confused as to why they have a website if they don't want people to order from them. I thought that ordering direct cut out the middleman leaving more profit for the company. When I first started ordering they got my order to me in a pretty decent time now you just never know. It is like they do not care

I just will say that I Will NEVER Order from UCM ever Again ,they take Forever to ship out and You have no idea where or when You will receive Your orders because for Me it took 15 DAYS just to find out it still wasn't shipped ,then I cancelled the order and I got a living text saying it was shipped 2 days ago ... Yeah right, today is the 3 of September still No Worms ,Very Unhappy COUSTOMER Won't recommend No One Here.

I ordered a 10lb box 10 days ago and that was the last I’d heard from them. No shipping info, no answer on phone line, no voicemail box set up. Seems like a scam!

I just want everyone to know that happens to stumble upon this website that’s it’s legit.
I Was looking for some mealworms for my babies and WOW, I found a great site. They are fantastic at communicating and have super fast shipping.
But Product is absolutely outstanding. I hope you give them a shot. Your pets will love you for it.
