Tom Wilkins was my rep and due to current challenges with the price of fuel and other logistical issues; finding a driver became nearly impossible. Tom stayed in contact with me and up to date on the situation. He always answered my calls and gave me options. I really appreciated his pleasant demeanor and service.

Very POOR experience with Uds Auto Logistics. Initial quote was low but final price increase without clear reason unprofessional servoce delay and unfair charges not recommended al all.

Patrick Wilson was wonderful and provided empathetic customer service, but I want to be honest about the reality of the transport. While I was quoted one price, it jumped by over $300 on the day of transfer. Patrick mentioned this was due to the current climate and gas prices, though it feels more like an industry-wide lack of transparency regarding final costs.

The delivery experience is where the real issues started. The driver used a scammy tactic by forcing me to sign the paperwork before telling me about any damage. Only after I had already signed did he reveal that my front bumper was damaged and offered me $200 in cash to settle it.

I would give Patrick five stars for his help, but the driver deserves one star for his dishonesty and the damage to my car. To anyone using this service, please make sure you look under your bumpers and inspect every inch of the vehicle before you sign anything. Once you sign, you lose your leverage to fix any mistakes the driver made.

They gave me a low quote initially just to get the booking but then demanded hundreds of dollar more on pickup total bait and switch tactics. their customer service is rude and they stop answering calls once they have your deposit. Avoid logistic at all costs if you value your money and peace of mind.
