I'm editing my review and extending my sincerest apologies to the entire eux.us staff. They helped me recover funds that had been rightfully frozen for KYC reasons. Thank you for your cooperation.

I’ve been trying to withdraw my funds for over a week now and I still can’t. Every single day customer support just replies with “please check back tomorrow.”
On top of that, the KYC process was extremely buggy. I had to upload documents multiple times, the system kept rejecting valid IDs for no reason, and it felt like it was stalling me. When I contacted the team they told me to wait a few days while they reset the account, but I just logged in again and it passed KYC automatically. It really seems like even the support team didn’t understand what was happening.
The whole platform’s UX is also shockingly bad for something that’s supposed to handle real money; it feels like an unfinished beta, not a professional exchange.
I would strongly advise anyone to avoid UEX and use a more established, properly vetted platform. This has been a complete waste of time and has left me unable to access my own money, and I’m still waiting for it to this day.
