3 loans over 3 or 4 years 99% and only every late a few days. I was late $15.87 after it short paid even when I clicked the pay now button and the reported me causing me to lose 80pts on my credit rating. Thanks for the loyalty.

UFCU has a real problem with fraud. I suspect their employees are in on it. After a couple instances with fraud, I found out they left many old debit cards open, then said they shut them down. After more fraud I found they didnt shut them down. Also they will give your money away to whoever can get your account number with no other authorization.

I love UFCU. Have been a member for over 7 years. They’re very professional and friendly, and I’ve always been given excellent advice from them and have taken care of my finances. I trust this organization explicitly.

I've been a member for over a decade; from the opening of my first bank account with my parents, to my joint account shared with my wife. Local and friendly experiences ever time I've gone in to the Slaughter location, today I had an issue with my account that Malyk helped me resolve with the best possible outcome and no sweat, all within 10 minutes I was in and out the door.

Be careful; they are not real bank. This is a fake bank made for scammers to make payments with their checks. They won't have the address or license number. You call them and robots give you the options and never get to the person, if you get its always 2 same people answer call. Meanwhile, scammers do make payments with their checks.

They have given me excellent service. They gave me a loan for my car at an excellent rate that helped me get the car of my dreams and they also refinanced my credit cards with one of their cards at half the interest rate that I was paying at other banks whenever I go to pay my debts. I talk to the people at the agency and I feel very comfortable at home.

They changed the banking app and it has been a headache. Also, their use of bots and reduction in personal service is an idiotic business decision. I filed a dispute and was only given 7 days to mail in documentation. The dispute was reversed against me. I'll soon be leaving ufcu.

Great credit union!

Been banking with them for now close to 15 years. They are the only ones many times in the past who approved me for loans when no one else would. They kept me going and I'm grateful.
