The whole experience was great from the beginning to the end. Dr. Ufuk Askeroglu is a very talented surgeon, and I couldn't be more happy with the outcome. He listened to me, answered all my questions, and comforted me through the whole process.

I recently underwent the Trinity Lift, Bella Eyes, SOS, and Fat Transposition around the upper eye with Dr. Ufuk, and my experience was great from start to finish.

From the beginning, communication with the clinic was seamless and efficient. They were responsive and organized everything meticulously for my arrival in Istanbul. The 5-star hotel they booked for me was excellent, and I was greeted at the airport with their transfer service, which made the whole process stress-free.

Dr. Ufuk and his wonderful team were incredibly welcoming and professional. At the clinic, I was given a thorough assessment, and Dr. Ufuk offered personalized recommendations tailored to my facial structure and desired results. It was very important to me that the results looked natural and harmonious, and Dr. Ufuk reassured me that this was his priority as well.

The surgery itself went smoothly, and I felt I was in very capable, professional hands throughout the entire process. My stay at the hospital was comfortable, with attentive care provided by the staff. The clinic also arranged all necessary transfers between the hotel and hospital, which I greatly appreciated.

Overall, the clinic went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and supported during my stay. I am now on day 7 of recovery and feeling positive about the process so far. I spent 5 days in Istanbul before heading home, where I will have my stitches removed by my local doctor.

While it’s still too early to assess that the final results reflect the natural look I desired due to swelling, I am confident that once it subsides, the outcome will align with my expectations.

I highly recommend Dr. Ufuk and his team for their expertise, professionalism, and attentiveness. My experience has been very positive, and I am already feeling optimistic about the results.

N'y allez pas !!! / Don't go there !!!

Pour faire simple et aller à l'essentiel ; tout s'est bien passé jusqu'au jour de l'opération. En arrivant à l'hôpital une odeur de pomme de terre empeste les lieux. J'ai trouvé ça très étrange. Contrairement à l'hôtel très classe, l'hôpital est vétuste, tout comme le mobilier, les chambres, le matériel ; ça m'a beaucoup inquiété et à ce moment-là j'ai hésité. J'ai du passer une radio, quand je suis rentrée dans la salle, il y avait un énorme trou dans le mur avec pleins de fils électriques qui sortaient de partout. Un homme touchait les fils sans aucune protection (ce qui est dangereux) alors que j'étais en train de passer la radio (avec un docteur qui ne parle pas anglais et qui mime les gestes et positions à prendre...)
Une fois installée dans ma chambre, le docteur est venu, avec l'interprète, Ali, et j'ai tout de suite sentie une ambiance malsaine. Très étrange.
Après l'opération le pire est arrivé. Le chauffeur a eu 30 minutes de retard, ce qui fait que j'ai raté mon avion. Ali, m'a accusé d'être responsable du retard, disant que j'ai du me balader, boire un café, alors que j'étais déjà très en retard. Le prochain vol était à 1700e !!!!! Ali a tout fait pour se dédouaner, il ne voulait pas me payer un autre billet et m'a proposé une réduction sur une prochaine opération (alors que j'étais même pas sûre de rentrer en France...?!!!- J'ai été très mal traité par Ali une fois l'opération faite, et surtout après que j'ai payé. Ces gens sont sans pitié. Ils ne sont là que pour votre argent.

Finalement, après avoir beaucoup insisté, Ali m'a pris un billet d'avion (dans une compagnie encore plus low-coast) et m'a réservé un hôtel ; je devais avoir un chauffeur mais finalement non, aucune explication. Une fois sur place à l'hôtel low-coast, je me suis disputé avec Ali car j'ai trouvé son comportement inadmissible. Je n'avais plus d'argent et les frais de restauration n'ont pas été pris en compte : ces gens-là ne veulent pas débourser un SEUL EUROS pour vous du moment que vous leur avez payé l'opération. l'argent, l'argent, l'argent, il n'y a que ça qui les intéresse.

Mais le plus important est le résultat : il n'y aucun résultat, j'ai payé encore plus cher qu'en France et il n'y a pas de résultat.

Ces gens-là sont malveillants. Si vous doutez de ces témoignages, si le Dr Ufuk et ses équipes réussissent à vous berner, à vous faire croire que nos témoignages sont faux, allez-y, vous verrez bien par vous-mêmes et vous perdrez de l'argent. Ils passent leur temps à dire que les personnes des témoignages sont des menteurs payés par des concurrents, ne vous faites pas av oir !

C'est de la grosse arnaque.

Ne vous laissez pas avoir par la comm, surtout l'hôtel, le chauffeur etc etc ; le reste ne suit pas.

Des voleurs.

UPDATE : le culot de la réponse en dit long sur qui vous aurez à faire : une série de mensonges, d'inexactitude, toujours pointer du doigts la psychologie des personnes qui se font opérer... Que de mensonges, vraiment c'est une honte. Rien ne va. N 'y allez jamais ce sont des voleurs et nous sommes plusieurs à nous plaindre ; à chaque fois on passe pour des personnes capricieuses et folles ; vous trouve que c'est à la hauteur d'un professionnel ? waw
je n'ai jamais mentionné de problèmes psychologiques sinon pourquoi vous aurez accepté de m'opérer si c'était le cas ? ce n'est pas une attitude responsable, encore des mensonges c'est incroyable....
j'ai du fortement insister pour que vous assuriez les frais liés au retard de votre chauffeur, j'ai toutes les captures d'écrans des horaires ça ne correspond pas, arrêtez de mentir...
si vous aurez été généreux, vous aurez payé les frais de repas et de transport suite au retard a cause de votre chauffeur, vous avez juste payé la chambre, dans un hôtel bas de gamme, rien d'autre

My experience with Dr. Askeroglu was beyond amazing.
I never imagined that my vision was going to get better after having Trinity Lift and Bella Eyes. There are no publications or research that was done on this this surgery making the vision better, and I was shocked at the results. I do not need eye glasses most of the time now, which is truly amazing. Also, my whole surgery experience was exceptional as well. The staff members and Dr. Askeroglu was always responsive and asked me how I was feeling all the time. I usually swell pretty easily, but my swelling was very mild, and I could get back to real life pretty quickly. I also got my lip lift surgery done as well with trinity lift, and people are amazed at how I do not have any incision scars and how natural it is looking. I am beyond grateful and will highly recommend Dr. Askeroglu to anyone that wants to get these surgeries done.
