Great clean and tidy place , communication and easy to access

We stayed in Abbey House for a few nights over new year and was very pleased with our stay.

Great service & fast response to any problems

My stay at UK-Breaks was simply perfect. I stayed 4 night. I felt at home throughout my entire visit, and I would recommend this apartment to anyone seeking a comfortable and convenient place to stay in the city centre.

Found the company helpful and professional. Even when the house we'd booked suffered flood damage a week before our stay they got us another, better quality property in the same location, which was great. Host always replied to any queries within hours and always helped as much as they could.

Since I have been traveling, living in Tivoli Guest House has really given me a feel of being home away from home. Situated in the coastal region of west Cumbria in the North of England, and located in the heart of the city center, it has a most peaceful, welcoming and friendly ambience about it. I could cook my own meals, and the management were always very apt in attending to any of our requests. To top it up, the renovations on the rooms makes you want to hurry back home after a hard day's work. The lounge gives you a long lasting experience. You get to meet and make friends with fellow guests by sharing special moments watching their home theatre. I would recommend it any day to holiday makers, travellers and even honeymooners. It has truly contributed in promoting the beautiful and peaceful town of Whitehaven. And yes, I will return back with family for a long holiday.

When i arrived cleaning was not done in my room and i hadn't the good code for the outside door and the room door. I had to wait 2 hours.
For somebody who stay inside all the day it is sometimes a bit cold because the central eating stop.
The TV in the room as not a good signal and some channels are not available.
Everything else was ok. The bedroom and the bathroom, kitchen... are very confortable.
In summary i am very happy and i will come back.

Too good to be true...
We got the property at a bargain price and needed to authorise a £300 deposit payment. After checkout we received an email saying that the property had been left in a state and that they were keeping the deposit and sent us a further £200 invoice. I emailed back to ask for photographic evidence of the alleged damages/costs and never got a reply. I suspect that they gave us the property at a bargain rate knowing full well that they were going to keep the deposit.

Having stayed a few times - I love being able to quickly settle in and relax. Everything you need is there.

Our group thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the spacious Abbey Farmhouse in St Bees. High standard of accommodation. Perfect location being close to a lovely beach and the hills.
