Temperamental devices.. Dreadful customer service
The concept is great, the bracelets look very nice.
The down side is that both bracelets failed within 2 weeks of purchasing them and only way to contact the company is through their automated service and it takes them a minimum of 4 days to respond and then up to 3 days for subsequent emails.
Following the failure of Bond-Touch bracelet I immediately contacted customer services who insisted that I could only return the item if it was unmarked and in pristine condition, They also insist that the box the item came in is in perfect condition (apparently the box is part of the purchase)
I was also informed that the bracelets will only be refunded if they develop a fault within 14 days of the purchase date. (This is extended to 4 weeks for Christmas purchases)
The other point I would raise an issue with is the tone and content of the responses from customer services.
Due to the fact that I had not received a response within a timely manner I sent further emails requesting a response.
The eventual reply told me that I was increasing their work load!!
So much for customer care!!
I can not recommend purchasing a Bond-Touch.
