Great experience with GetScanned. Originally I booked and paid for a full body MRI which initiated a video gp call. During this call the gp was very thorough and recommended that based on my symptoms a CT scan would be more beneficial for me and arranged a referral immediately. Arjun at GetScanned kept me well informed with locations and arranging the alterations due to price difference (only issue was location availability of the CT was not as widely available as the MRI - MRI was an hour travel but closest CT was 3hours travel).
Managed to arrange to CT scan within 1 week and have received the results and report within 4days (which includes the weekend), so very fast service.

The whole process from start to finish was very smooth.
The two ladies who conducted the scan were both extremely helpful and polite.
I was sent my results within a couple of days and also received a follow up call to see if I was happy with the whole process, which I was.

Spoke to someone who booked me in, scan was done within a week and received results the next day. Great experience, would definitely recommend and fair price.

I requested a next day MRI scan as I couldn't get a diagnosis but was in pain needed to know what the issue was.

I was called back virtually immediately, had the process explained. The doctor then called me directly confirmed my symptoms and requirements and referred me for a MRI.

I was then contacted and offered a choice of 2 appointments for the following day.

Once accepted it was immediately confirmed. On the day the whole process was professionally and efficiently undertaken, excellent communication throughout and the hospital was spotless.

The results were provided in 48 hours as promised and were very comprehensive and I am now discussing with my GP.

This efficient service has provided me with piece of mind and a quick way forward.

I would not hesitate in using these again in future and would happily recommend them

It was so easy to book as a self-referral. All happened very quickly and the staff were super friendly and informative.

Great help from this company, simple process, and they followed up with lots of communication.

Very fast (next day) response to our request for a MRI scan. Staff were very helpful and the detailed report with scan images were available within two working days.

We were in limbo, awaiting triage for an NHS MRI scan with no helpful indication of when this might occur - "we are very busy at the moment" being the only feedback. We didn't know whether it would days, weeks or months before we would hear and web searches indicating 6 to 18 weeks. Stuff that! Contacted GetScanned and we were processed within 24 hours (and the scanner unit was only seven miles from home, so all very convenient).

From booking my appointment right through to receive treatment and results, I was really happy with the customer service I received, Thank you and I would definitely consider using Get Scanned again.

The service was quick and professional all staff were polite and friendly a very stressful free process

Booked a scan , was arranged within a couple of days . Had the scan and was kept informed throughout. It was good news so glad I had it done

Super experience from start to finish. I was under some time pressure with a holiday pending and Nisha led me through the whole process, advocated for an earlier scan and then followed up with a very timely report. Honestly can not fault the service - fantastic customer care and service. Would 100% use again.

Yatharth has been a great help. Unfortunately my scheduled MRI, had to be rescheduled due to issues with the machine. I contacted Yatharth to advise that I had taken the afternoon off work and requested whether there were any other clinics available that same afternoon, he found another clinic straight away and booked this in. As I’d taken the afternoon off, this was very much appreciated. Aside from this, the process has been so smooth and all of my questions have been answered quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend Get Scanned and would definitely use the service again if necessary in the future.

It was very easy to choose a scan center in the location and price range that was right for me. I was contacted via email almost immediately after payment and kept informed and supported by Richa (thank you!), who responded promptly to all of my questions and requests. I had a GP phone consultation for the referral on the same day as I made the payment. I got scanned at Queen Square Imaging Centre (London), who did not have any availability for the date I indicated but offered an option for the following week, which was convenient for me. The images were available through the online portal a few hours after my scan and I received the report of the radiologist after a few days.

The only regret I have is that there was no option to provide my previous scan results and images to the radiologist, who noted in the report that they would have been important for a complete evaluation. I had taken them along for the scan appointment but was told they were not needed. My recommendation for anyone who has previous scan results/images is to insist that they be forwarded to the radiologist beforehand. Maybe that could also be made part of the GetScanned workflow.

Otherwise and overall, I was very happy with the efficiency, service and friendliness of everyone involved.

Booked an appointment and paid upfront to be told by the Hospital there wasnt ever any appointments available at that time.

I contacted GetScanned by WhatsApp after completing a web form for an appointment. I wanted reassurance that they could deal with my NHS GP referral before giving my card details. No reply til I nudged them 3 days later, and having provided all the details all over again, I’ve still heard nothing 36 hours later. I shan’t be using this company.
