The worst customer service ever experience.
Why do the even bother to havs it.
They failed to reply to all of the 5 emails that I sent.
Called them 3 times and the woman(Imigra-her name )
did not even say sorry for the inconvenience.
Rude, unprofessional, will never order from them again.
Rubbish Returns process and no sign of a refund
Wish I’d seen the reviews on here before ordering from this website. I bought a pair of trainers for my son but they were too small. Took over a month of faffing around before the company sent me a return label which I had to print myself. I sent the trainers back over two weeks ago and have had zero response and no refund. Have sent numerous emails to get an update but they just ignore you. So Im now £100 down and my son has no trainers 😡
Awful-ruined birthday gift
Awful! They were the only place to get a Karl lagerfeld bag and matching dress that was requested . I ordered it 2 weeks before the birthday and it went missing. I had to chase FedEx myself and found out that they hadn’t put a house number on the parcel after no replies to my emails. They could have solved it themselves without me chasing but they clearly couldn’t care less! So it’s arriving after the birthday.

WARNING ABOUT SALE ITEMS,THEY DONT DO EXHANGES so make sure you get the right size,I wouldn't recommend getting a gift here as you can't exchange it for a different size even if they have it. Staff at the Kildare village shop are very pretentious about it as well. Felt I had wronged someone by just asking.

Lesson learnt
I went into the Sheffield shop on 24/10 as there was up to 30% off certain clothing. The shop assistant was very helpful in helping us to choose. she informed us that the 3 items we chose al had a discount and that there was also a discount for bundle buying. We were happy with out purchase and so engrossed in conversation with the shop assistant that it was only when we arrived home, that we realised that only the T shirt had been discounted and that there was no bundle discount either. I emailed the company, but was informed that the online company does not communicate with the shops, but are 'working to develop our systems to improve your shopping experience in the near future'. I was advised to contact the shop directly. I knew that this was not going to get me anywhere, so made the decision that this was gong to be my first and final shop at this store. Disappointing

Worst service ever, not based in UK have sent several emails in regards to a refund and nothing back. Would avoid at all cost, unless you 💯 sure you will be keeping the product

Issue with order refunded!
I ordered a Hugo boss coat for £100 and when I went to the website to track my order it was having technical issues.. so I panicked that I was not going to receive the jacket at all after the reviews if I did that it would not arrive in time.
I emailed them via the email provided and requested a refund (always use PayPal!)
But no issues within an hour of my request I was fully refunded no problem and an apology email for any inconvenience. For this response I give it 5 stars! Just in case any one is worried as I was when I read these reviews that I wouldn’t receive the item or a refund

After reading the reviews I’m mortified and in the process of returning something after going to the kids around store and being told I can’t return anything in store. This alone made me feel as though the company is a scam. Why have a store where no one can return anything. I hope I get my refund as the Hugo tracksuit cost me £70 abd is too small. Easy returns they claim. I had to find a printer somewhere to print off the returns a4 page. I don’t know if I should walk away from the line I’m in the post office and try selling the item online. I will never buy again I only saw 1 good review wish I looked before I purchased. Really worried I won’t get my money back
Terrible customer services
After fed ex losing my parcel I contacted kids around who wasn’t interested after pestering them they finally agreed to open a claim with fed ex so they said anyway!

I previously had a problem with this company as my item did not arrive yet I did eventually get a reply on email after a few weeks and now have been full refunded waiting for it to go into my bank in a few days.

I bought some items for my boys and some of them did not fit. So I went to return them. As they were expensive and there was about £280 worth of refund I decided to make a video of me packing the items and I also kept the receipt.
However after waiting over 15 working days and several emails later I was only given £34 refund back! I was told that I did not return anything else. I then had to send proof and 4 emails explaining and complaining. Within 20 mins I was given a refund! Thank God I had proof. So please guys if you buy and need to return please make sure you keep evidence of the return as you will need it! Also be ready to wait around 20 working days for a simple refund!

Goods went missing in transit. Company told me they would raise the issue with the courier, haven't heard anything since. I have sent 5 emails, with no reply. They haven't given me a refund. Won't be using them again

DONT ORDER! I’m still waiting for a refund after not even getting my order due to my order not being in! I’ve emailed them 3 times heard nothing from them! Never again hope I eventually get my money back!
Not issued refund as promised!
I ordered from them and a week later they said a refund was being issued. No reason why, but I'm guessing stock issues. They've now not refunded me, despite numerous emails to chase, no response, so I've raised a dispute through PayPal.
