I am really happy with my order and I made the right choice prdering from Merach!!

After a few hiccups with my new treadmill, customer service solved the problem with no issues. Much appreciated.

I love my Merach kit, this is the fourth item I have bought and they have all been great. Delivery is always quick and the appt is really great for keeping me on track.

Fantastic Company to deal with, Delivered on time and no hassel, Website very easy to use and book and place an order, All round great experience.

Would give a Zero if I could.
Bought as new second hand. Bluetooth feature not working correctly and support refused to help me as I did not buy it directly from them. Terrible customer service. AVOID!

I wish I had done more research on this company. I ordered a rowing machine which was delivered quickly, but after 2 go’s on the machine the screen broke. No info and now unable to connect to the app.
Contacted customer service who took ages to reply. When they did they said they would send a new screen for me to fit myself following some dodgy YouTube video. Luckily I’m an engineer and capable of fitting it but some others may struggle as you have to take half the machine apart. Another month later, STILL WAITING. A rowing machine I’ve had for nearly 2 months just gathering dust as it’s useless just like there customer service.
STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!!

While I had some initial issues with the R15 Pro 3.0 related to screen connectivity, these issues were resolved by the support team, and I am extremely happy with the resolution given.

The rowing machine itself is great, smooth, and I love the ability to change the resistance on the bar itself making for a seemless workout.

More than 1,5 months I can't receive correction part for the machine, nor refund however my arrived machine was damaged.

I bought the Merach R15 Pro magnetic rower. It arrived quickly and was very straightforward to assemble.
I’ve been using the rower for a couple of months now and love it. It’s very quiet to use, the hand controls are incredibly useful. I would highly recommend it to anyone that wants to row at home to keep fit.

Non-existent customer service team, not adhering to their agreed SLAs and policies. Constant automated messages with "out of office on weekend" responses despite contacting them on weekdays, additionally no response on call as well.

Be very careful and attentive before buying any product. Received a defective/broken equipment, therefore refraining to comment on product quality.

Absolutely appalled at the state of customer service despite purchasing the item from the official website.
The company is breaching its own return policy and running a loop of constant automated messaged and no possibility to get in touch with any customer service representative to support their client. The customer service contact number remains unreachable despite trying at multiple days and times.

It continues to be one of our most disappointing purchases. If I had known about the lack of customer support, I would have never bought the product. I will continue to recommend anyone against buying any product from Merach UK and their official website

I should have paid attention to the reviews as I bought a 2440 vibration plate from Merach UK. It arrived on Friday and it didn’t work!!!
Today is Wednesday and I’m still waiting to talk to someone about a return.
Customer service is the WORST I’ve had to deal with in a very long time!!!
