Returning size
Returning size that doesn't fit could be easier and an email the same day or within 24hrs would be great to know how to return for piece of mind im not paying double for a dress as original size didn't fit. Besides that very good, no problems.

Stressful and Misleading Return Experience
I feel very disappointed with my experience with Missacc. When I placed my order, I genuinely believed the shop was UK-based because of the way the website is presented. If I had known the order was coming from outside the UK/Europe, I would not have placed an order for this amount.
The whole return experience has been very stressful, frustrating, and unclear. I feel that important information about where the company is based, where the dress was being shipped from, and how returns/refunds are handled was not made clear enough before I placed my order.
Although the company later offered to waive some return-related fees, I was still not offered a full refund. I feel this is unfair because I believe the website gives the impression of being UK-based, which influenced my decision to purchase.
As a customer, I expected clear and transparent information before buying, especially regarding shipping, returns, and possible refund deductions. Instead, I feel misled and disappointed by the whole experience.
I would advise other customers to check very carefully where the company is actually based, where items are shipped from, and what refund deductions may apply before placing an order.
Very disappointing.
