Detalhes do produto

Water Flosser with UV Steriliser Brushing alone can’t reach everything. Our Water Flosser with UV Steriliser offers a full-spectrum clean between your teeth and below the gum line, harnessing high-frequency water pulsations and variable pressure to flush away plaque and bacteria where toothbrushes and string floss can’t go. With a built-in UV‐C LED steriliser that eliminates up to 99.9% of harmful bacteria in just one minute, this device delivers hygienic, professional-level results. Choose from three operating modes (Gentle, Clean, Pulse) and enjoy a generous 400 ml refillable tank, a Hydro Gravity Ball for 360° cleaning and easy USB charging. With multiple heads for Interdental (between the teeth), Orthodontic, Periodontal (Gum Line) and Tongue Cleaning, our flosser is perfect for anyone with braces, crowns, implants, or just seeking elevated oral care.

This device is a little clumsy to use but surprisingly powerful...the only drawback is its a little messy having to use it at an angle over the sink. That the ONLY slight fault...this does not however diminish its results!

I’m very disappointed with the Spot Care Oral Sonic Tooth Wash and unfortunately wouldn’t recommend it. I’ve only had the unit for a few weeks and already the UV function has stopped working. This is particularly concerning because one of the reasons I chose this product was the claim that the UV feature helps eliminate 99% of bacteria. With that function no longer working, I don’t feel particularly confident about continuing to use it. I also find the design quite difficult to use compared with other water flossers I’ve owned. Rather than being able to direct the jet at individual areas and control the water easily as you go, this is essentially on or off. The water quickly fills your mouth, which makes it difficult to clean your whole mouth comfortably in one go. Stopping it while you’re using it isn’t particularly intuitive either, as you have to think about which button to press while you’ve already got the water running. On one occasion this resulted in the water jet hitting me directly on the eyelid. Thankfully my eye was closed, because even through my eyelid the jet hurt. Overall, between the UV function failing after only a few weeks and the awkward controls, I’ve found the product disappointing and not especially user-friendly. I expected much better for a product designed for oral care, and I wouldn’t purchase it again or recommend it.

Ordered one of their water flossers, and it packed in after about 2 months (completely stopped working). To their credit the customer service team sent me a new one, but then that one also was reduced to about 5 mins of battery life after a month. I received a full refund, but I'm honestly convinced that their water flosser products are inherently faulty and designed for obsolescence.

This is the first water flosser I’ve used. I bought it based on the reviews and have used it a few times so far. It takes a little getting used to but I’m very pleased with it and would definitely recommend it. My teeth definitely feel cleaner but I find the gentle setting the best.

Really gets to those hard-to-reach areas and I bet my dentist is going to be really pleased next time I visit. I get soaked when using it but that's down to my clumsiness I feel. A great product.

So far, so good. Not had it all that long, but it seems a sturdy little product. Stays charged for a good while so far. Took a while to figure out pressing the button on the back to insert the attachment, but got there eventually. Maybe the instructions could have been clearer. Alaso not too sure how to clean the device as advised, do you do this just by using the device as normal but with cleaning fluid iin it??

Thank you so much for your detailed review and feedback 😊

We’re delighted to hear you’re enjoying the Water Flosser so far and that the battery life has been working well for you.

We also really appreciate your comments regarding the instructions — this is very helpful feedback and we will pass it on to the relevant team.

For cleaning, you can run the device as normal using clean warm water, and occasionally you can add a small amount of gentle cleaning solution or white vinegar diluted with water to help keep the internal system fresh. Afterward, we would recommend running clean water through the device again to rinse it fully.

Thank you again for taking the time to share your experience!

Best wishes,

Suzanne
