Been trying to get a really good beard brush for ages as mine is particularly unruly, and this has really helped.

Also grabbed the shampoo & conditioner plus oil & balm and beard feels a lot softer and manageable after just a week of use.

All this coupled with some reasonable pricing, an opening order discount & some added extra means I’ll 100% be back.

Excellent beard product and customer service always helps

The actual quality of the beard balm itself is wonderful, I'm not sure I could rate it higher. But your promotional material is counter-productive to say the least:
First off, WAY too much unnecessary plastic in the packaging, and then on top of that, a load of extra unecessary packaging for what amounts to a bunch of extra leaflets, that are just parroting what's already on your website! And then the worst part; a plastic wristband, with "hard times make hard men" on it? Correct me if I'm wrong, but I always got the impression that this style of wristband was meant to show off causes you support, or provide inspirational quotes? and you've put on it a quote that reminds people that, when times are tough, men are forced to be more ruthless, less empathetic?? So are you trying to say times are hard here in the west? when they're comparably better than almost any other time in history? or are you HOPING they're going to get worse? either way, it puts across some serious red-pill, incel, mano-o-sphere vibes.
You've seriously missed the mark here fellas, you've actively put me OFF buying from you again, which is a shame because, like I said, I actually really liked the two balms I've tried so far.

The beard comb is good but the battery is not very good after fully charged and then use approx 2_3 min battery level is at 1 . Very poor battery life so very disappointed , ive had this problem with the last one as well always the battery life .
