I've been waiting for 2 weeks and they don't know what happened to my order. I get an email telling me to wait a few more days,

Bought a few items recently, really surprised by what you get for your money compared to other suppliers. Seems so far to be good quality and would recommend their towing chains and straps.

Vevor PA 400 injector tester.
Vevor PA 400 injector tester.
As a unit it is well built and works OK but the adapters supplied were poor.
The unit has a M14 male coupling and one adapter is M14-M14 female-female and fits ok. The other adapter is M12-M12 female-female and although fits my M12 injector it will not couple to the main unit which has an M14 male thread.
Why could not the adapter have a M14-M12 female- female when it would work fine. As it is I cannot use to test the injectors I bought it for.

Following my 3 star review here Vevor contact me and supplied me the correct part I needed. Ok they made a mistake with the goods originally supplied but they followed up and corrected the error. For me that rates very highly and I am very happy with the service.

No delivery of product. Problem since resolved
No delivery of product, goods are supposedly in a delivery store Evri don't recognise the number I have given.
After a purported attempted delivery (27th March) still nothing materialised, no callers came to the house at all so I do not believe any delivery was attempted.
Update: Parcel was delivered today 01/04/2025 (no joke despite the date) and just in time as I really needed it for work. Vevor were prepared to give me a refund on a cancelled order but I am happy to pay for a product which I really need.

broken product which they won't replace
sent me an apparently 2nd hand product with a broken component. all they had to do was issue another and collect the old one but they are taking days to investigate instead. hopeless customer service.
