I bought 2 canopies for my home and they are absolutely amazing. Great quality that lasts no matter the weather. Reasonably priced. Highly recommended

The finish product is extremely good. One of the tiles broke on the screw hole and I had to drill a fresh hole and block the original hole with mastic roof repair. Don’t know if it will not leak because of weather is dry . I also will need a replacement bottom tile to replace broken tile it’s the bottom tile with the white plastic bottom . So if you can send one I can change it over .kind regards. Paul

Very good service, a part was damaged in transit and replaced within a couple of days.

Delight with new door canopy, customer service excellent.

Great product simples too assembles following the instructions, back support brackets a little curved but I suppose that’s because it’s plastic but nowt a bead of silicone can’t sort once pinned back to the wall.

Had an issue with missing parts, informed UK canopies and received the items today. Very efficient and good value for money canopy. Thank you. 👍

Value for money and looks amazing

The porch looks great on the whole. It doesn't fit great together and has had to be "forced" together in places. It will be OK when it's been adapted

Everything ok except instructions to fit.could have been more explicit on parts otherwise looks great now finished.

I initially ordered the canopy in October, but due to personal problems, I did not get to check the delivery until the new year. I had a couple of queries which were answered immediately which helped to complete the installation in February.
UK Canopies were supportive when assistance was required and I am very satisfied with the quality of the canopy and it makes a difference to the look of the main entrance.
UK Canopies made this a pleasurable experience both with the quality of the product and great after sales service.

Good product but found it easier to make it up by bracing the frame with timber as opposed to very accurate measurements and then aligning and attempting to assemble. Allan key would have been better had it been shorter and fitted between gable and spar. After service brilliant, panel had broken lugs into frame and were renewed within a couple of days for fixing. Delivery was ok, we expected the canopy would come in a few pieces but there were a lot more than expected, the washers that were described on the instructions were missing everything else was there I emailed about the missing washers but got no response, the canopy is now up , it looks ok but there was quite a lot of work to put it up & overall I think it was more complicated than it needed to be, no flashing was included so we put some transparent sealant in the gap at the top, it looks ok overall
