I wish I had checked trustpilot before ordering from this company. My 12 year old son ordered a cube two weeks ago and it hasn’t arrived. I have tried to email there customer service email listed on the website and it is not a valid email address. It looks like a scam, looking at other people’s reviews, this is not the first time this has happened. I would definitely not recommend.

Got two cubes and was surprised to see cubes come after all the reviews but it took so long to deliver. I mana6to get in touch with the owner about the long delivery and he replied so it was ok

Ordered two cubes three weeks ago and they never came. Cannot get in touch with owner either.

They stole my money.
I ordered 2 cubes and they never arrived.
I have not received a purchase confirmation. I sent them emails but they have never answered.
I opened a dispute in paypal.

Same sad story - ordered cubes and never arrived. No response on Twitter and mailbox from the seller. Learned my lesson to check Trustpilot before ordering from any site! This was from my son's (9) cash as well but at least I can refund him.

I ordered MGC 2x2 cube and stac mat timer on the 1st of December and both items were delivered on the 10th of January. Both items are as ordered. Due to terrible reviews I found on this website I requested refund in the meantime. After I received both items yesterday I paid money back. In my opinion this is honest seller.

I ordered a Mosaic cube and never received it despite the website proudly claiming that 1 day delivery is possible within the UK, which is where I am based. After two weeks I used the email address on the website to attempt to contact the site but received no reply. I followed up my email with two more in the following two weeks and still received no reply. Shortly afterwards I received an automatically generated email from the very same address asking me to rate UKCubeStore and give feedback. I found this to be sick and insulting given that the same email address is clearly not checked by the site owner AT ALL or that my emails were ignored. DO NOT use this site. Go for one of the legitimate and well-known UK based cube stores instead. It has been months and I still have no reply from them and no news on my Mosaic cube.

Absolutely garbage website

I ordered from them over two weeks ago and have not been able to contact the business owner and my cubes have not come. Don't recommend at all if you want actual customer service and your cubes

absolutely terrible business, do not use it. there are so many better businesses out there that are MUCH cheaper and have FREE shipping (i usually use Cubezz.com but they take weeks to deliver as they are based in China) I didn't particularly want to wait very long for this cube so decided to order using this site, I live in the UK and on the website it claims to have 1 day delivery for people in the UK. I am literally less than an hour's drive away from the business and it still has not arrived over a week later
the customer service is abysmal, I've emailed twice on separate occasions and have had no response.
do not waste your time or money with this site

same old, don't order and can't contact them, absolutely appaling, a waste of my money

It has been almost 3 weeks since I ordered from this place but still haven't received my order...I tried contacting them multiple times through email but they haven't replied :(

I ordered few cubes from this store, one of them I wanted stickerless and it wasn't on stock so I had to wait. The delivery to the Central Europe takes 1-2 weeks. All the cubes were fine, I even got a free gift. Unfortunately, one of the 6 cubes I ordered was missing. Despite this, the seller was very solid and immediately gave me the cube cost back via Paypal, so my overall experience is well. If you prefer very good prices over fast delivery and 100% reliability, Ukcubestore is way to go. :P

I never received the cube more than a month after the order.
I was not even sent a shipping confirmation. I have sent many emails and messages on PayPal but without any response. Non-existent customer support. Fortunately, PayPal repaid me.

Habe einen, laut Shop lieferbaren, Cube bestellt. Eine Woche nach dem ich bezahlt habe fragte ich nach ob meine Bestellung schon unterwegs ist. Die Antwort kam schnell. Produkt nicht lieferbar. Ich bat darum mir mein Geld per Paypal rück zu erstatten. Wurde mir bestätigt. Geld ist allerdings nicht eingegangen. Nach ca 5 mal Kontakt mit dem Verkäufer und jedesmal versprochen mir mein Geld zu erstatten habe ich nun Paypal eingeschaltet. Hoffe ich komme zu meinem Geld!

Ordered weeks ago, nothing has arrived. Emailed multiple times, no reply. It seems this store is quite a gamble, not worth it.

Cube did not arrive and no communication when trying to understand why.. Very poor.

This is an amazing cube store for all of your cubing needs, lubricant, timers and other things are discounted, I found cubes that were over half price off from other stores, the delivery is very cheap and quick, around 3 days, and I still use them when I need new cubes

I ordered a Gan 356 X Saturday evening and it arrived this morning (Tuesday) faster than I was expecting. And was pleasantly surprised to find a 52mm QiYi 3x3 in the delivery as well.

Would definitely buy from them again

Not bad, LONG delivery but everything was there (including an extra stand).Would rather have quicker shipping though. I do order from here a lot though and its not usually a really long wait maybe 5-7 days, I was waiting nearly 10 days for my latest order

this time the shipping was way quicker and everything was great!
