Placed an order 3 weeks ago. Sent 3 emails chasing but no response at all.

Very poor customer service. Quick to take money but no goods & no explanation

They keep ignoring my order for 3 months and there is no way returning money back. They are simply unreachable.

Avoid this company at all costs!
Paid for a sample to be sent out and tried to chase up after not having received it two weeks later. Phone calls and emails ignored wont refund me my money. Customer service is non existent. Company is an absolute shambles needs closing down before they rip off anyone else!

I ordered a product 2 weeks ago and have heard nothing regarding the delivery. I have emailed twice but no response.

Avoid this website. Paint I ordered not delivered swiftly even though I was told it would be delivered last week and very difficult to get anyone to answer their phone number to discuss.

Having purchased a new home, I wanted the best flooring I could get at a fair price. After contacting UK Flooring Centre, I spoke with Tony, who was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He took the time to advise me on the best options and offered a fantastic price on unfinished engineered wood flooring. The quality of the product is outstanding, and it’s been a pleasure dealing with this company. I couldn’t have asked for a better person to help me through the process—Tony went above and beyond to ensure I got the best flooring possible. I highly recommend UK Flooring Centre.

Placed a big order with UK Flooring Centre for entire downstairs in my house. Received processing notification the next day which was followed by the phone call on checking order details and confirmation all in stock and delivery date. Reliable supplier with excellent customer service who provided knowledgeable guidance and advice. Really Happy with the product and full process. Highly recommended.

Product we wanted advertised on website so ordered. However after a week we were advised this product was not available. However a similar product was advised and dispatched arrived and installed just before Christmas. Perfect. Communication not a problem and speed of delivery fine. Just dropped a star for advertising and accepting orders for a product no longer available. Thanks again Clive

On 16/07/24 we ordered 3 LVP samples. We never received them. I followed up with 2 emails seeking answers, but no replies to be seen. We did call, but the customer service person wasn’t very helpful, saying to reorder ourselves. The problem is that this company charges £2.50 for samples and it is impossible to reorder ourselves without being charged again. I asked for a refund in these two emails that I sent, but no refund was issued. This company is the only one of the five we contacted that charges for samples and it is the only one that did not deliver. All in all very poor customer service. Would not recommend.
