This is 100% a scam. If you look at all the reviews, or google them, you'll see TONS of people who have had $1000s stolen from them. Anywhere you look, they have lots of bots writing 5-star reviews and flooding the system with them. Whether it's TrustPilot or Quora, they are all copy-pasted reviews.
What started out as a fairly normal, legitimate call about their services turned into an extremely pushy and aggressive sales call. They were asking for over $1000 for their services, and told me I needed to pay ASAP because they could not hold my file for any length of time. I asked for 24 hours to sleep on it, and was told I was unprofessional and berated me for not being serious about applying for a visa and that this was my one and only opportunity, that I would have to wait 12-18 months for another chance at applying. They would not let me off the phone without paying first. It all seemed too good to be true, and I'm glad I followed my instincts. Even if this is a real company, which I HIGHLY doubt, I would never do business with someone who is so aggressive and pushy in their sales pitch.

They charge loads of money and give nothing back. They are based in Portugal and pretend to be in the UK. My friend got scammed for 400£. Be careful.

I am fighting them for 16 months now
Fact: i applied and pays close to £1000 in december 2024. I cancelled my application within 2 hours and no refund.
After a year in needed the money so i settled for a £246 and they promosed that refund within 3 and 45 working days. That was this year early january. Nothing. All the names they use and positive reviews are fake. Names not known on Social Media or UK names applinyng for uk visa. I contacted metropolitan police and the home office. They are aware of this scamm. Be warned please
Update april 3rd. 61 working days since the agreement with UKGIC. Way passed the 45 days they mentioned. No refund. Terrible
Updste april 10th
Still nothing. 65 business days now, no agreed payment. They are not trustworthy
