Great company . Always very responsive with support and enquiries . I live about 25 minutes from the company and I lost my charger recently - because I needed a replacement urgently they made arrangements for me to pick up items from an agreed place outside of their usual working hours . I was apprehensive about UKLoupes as their prices are so much cheaper than other major competitors, but I am so happy with my Loupes. They were incredibly easy to get used to, needed no adjustments, and make my work so much easier - I’m actually unsure how I managed to see before. When my light shield broke they sent out a free replacement the very next day.

I am very pleased with the quality of Surgitel refractive loupes and light . I cant think of doing any endodontic work without it. Its high magnification is almost close to microscope.
Most importantly, post sales service is excellent.
