Very helpful, quick to get in contact and were able to help with my Optiloupe loupes, repairing the broken nose pad and offering me a new light with battery pack. The new light is lightweight and faster to charge. Would recommend!

Bought loupes from UKloupes in 2018 and they have been fantastic. Set up was good and very convenient and loupes are great value. Noticed a crack in my loupes 4 years later and dan was more than happy to see what he could do for them. Really pleased with the service and the quality of loupes

I've been using my loupes for about 6-7 years now and they're still in great condition. I recently asked to replace the glasses that attach to the loupes as they had a scratch on and William at UKLoupes sent me new ones for free the next day. This company goes above and beyond with their after sales!

To be honest, I was sceptical about purchasing cheaper loupes online. However, UK loupes have the most fantastic customer service, respond quickly to any emails and were able to reassure me by answering any questions. They were delivered when promised, and I've been really impressed with the product so far. I work as a general dentist, two days a week - and these loupes more than meet my needs.

I bought my loupes from UK loupes about 3 years ago now and I cannot recommend them highly enough. When I accidentally dropped them and damaged them a few months ago, UK loupes could not have been more helpful offering me a free temporary set whilst they fixed them. Great quality and fantastic value.

Product quality is very good for price. Can tell vision not as good as the more expensive companies but given that the price is so much better value. Would definitely recommend. I have been using my loupes happily for several months now.

Such a great service, they had problems with Royal Mail postage recently and kept me informed throughout and sent a new set as they hadn’t arrived, they sent some spares along with my order and sent the new package by special delivery. When I received the package the next day I forgot to let them know I had and they checked in to see that everything was ok, they also helped me put the light clip together and showed me how it works. Such a good service cannot fault, the problem that occurred was out of their control and they went above and beyond to fix it. Thank you William for your help!

I am really pleased with the new Loupes and light I purchased from Uk Loupes recently, they are lightweight, comfortable and have made such a difference to my clarity of vision when working.
This is the second pair of loupes I have had from this company and the customer service I received was outstanding on both occasions. I received excellent advice from both Dan and Will, emails were answered quickly; nothing was too much trouble from my first enquiry to questions following delivery.
I cannot recommend Uk loupes highly enough.
