Booking through Luis made the process so simple. Very accommodating and helpful giving any information i asked for, looking forward to the games!

We were asked to be there 10-15minutes early, then waited until gone 10past for others to arrive.
Our group abided by the no close range from the start, the other group never reguarded or respected the no close range or if a person had their arms up they continued too shoot.
After 3 rounds the other group were fed, i didnt order food but we should not have been made to wait for the others too eat (this should have been at the end). Round 5 people were getting hurt (i know its paintballing) but the marshalls had this brought to their attension and no one was paying any attention, marshalles did not pull anyone up on no firing when arms in the air or close range. Thoughly disapointing experience.
Only 1 marshall to 20 people. This marshall either needs more control of more marshalls in the firing area, so atleast someone watching from a viewing area.

Brilliant from start to finish. The whole booking process was easy, orientation was very thorough, safety was very clear on wat 2 do and not 2 do. Great day!!! Thanks lads.

Andrew has provided fantastic service to help us book an afternoon of paintball. Very responsive, has suggested some great ideas to maximise the experience and has even arranged for us to have a session when the park is normally closed!

The guys were brilliant , very informative , professional but fun also.

I don’t really write reviews but when I tell you that UK paintballing are on another level. The staff were all so lovely on the day didn’t discriminate as I was the only girl there. One of the staff members said whoever’s on the blue team has “shit aim” lmao that was me!! But at the end I was fuming because my partner shot me so many times and I had no more paintballs left. Out of his own will he gave me some of his spare ones and told me to go get him!! That was so lovely as well as they motivated me and encouraged me to move from the baseline 🤣🤣otherwise I was scared to. Their photography skills were good too. As well as the staff member at the counter selling the paintballs and grenades was so lovely and funny, told my partner to not argue with a woman as I bought 4 grenades for myself lol. Overall amazing and funny staff members (I was the team that came on the 16/05)

Very friendly and explained everything

Normally I would get annoyed when companies chase me up but UKPaintball called me when I needed them the most I tried all venues as I was doing a last minute booking but there was no availability online and luis contacted me and was able to fit me in for tomorrow! He was so lovely, explained everything greatly. So excited!

Andrew has been so helpful with booking a football day for the boys.
He answered all my questions and ensured it was right when I kept changing dates.

Not yet attended our booking, but just want to give praise to Lewis for his assistance in the date adjustment of our booking. Really efficient, clear & to the point. Also, on-point with answering general questions we all have ahead of visiting. Great booking management! 10/10.
