Wednesday: poorly dog, ordered medicine. That evening I noticed they sent an email asking for the practically blank second page of my prescription. Okay, bad start, but maybe its a bureaucratic requirement.

Thursday: email received saying that half of my order isn't in stock (but they took payment anyway). I asked if I could receive the half that was in stock as it's urgent and something is better than nothing. No response received.

Friday: still no response received

Weekend: came and went.

Monday: still no response received. Dog still needs medicine.

Given the nature of the service they're providing i can only describe the trader as actual scum. They know it too. They ignore emails and there's no phone number to call. If you want to complain you have to go buy paper, envelopes and stamps. No refund received yet either.

There is no way to contact this company - they don't advertise a contact number, the live chat is a red herring, they don't respond to the online enquiries from their own website and no response to emails. As most others have said - avoid at all costs.

Cannot speak to a human being. Advertises a phone line which just says use their "live chat" which is just an email from. Been waiting two weeks for potentially life saving cancer drugs for my dog which is still not even with Yodel yet. Do not use.

I placed an order for prescription medication for my dog. Thought i would give these guys a go as they were slightly cheaper than my usual supplier.

I read the reviews here after placing my order and saw that there was a long lead time on the delivery and also the customer service was slow to respond so I sent an email asking to cancel my order.

I received a very quick, friendly and helpful response from Vicki so I decided to give them a chance.

The medication was received within 3 days of placing order! Very pleased with the service and fingers crossed i have the same experience next month.

No complaints here!

Just wanted to pop on here and give this company some support after reading the reviews. I moved over from another website after there prices jumped up and was cuttin it fine on getting them on time. Spoke to customer services on the phone and they were cheerful and helpful and managed to get my order out the same day. I can't fault them. Shame other people haven't had the same experience.

Prices are slightly cheaper for Galliprant for dogs than most other pet drugs suppliers I have used and the customer service member of staff is polite and pleasant.
But unfortunately the long order processing times due to waiting five days for prescription approval after placing the order make waiting for your pets drugs to arrive a nail biting experience and let's the company down.
Also be prepared to receive lots of email marketing from the company which can add to the annoyance of the slow service!
I have made the company aware of the slow order processing problem twice by phone and in writing and I don't enjoy leaving negative comments , but pet owners need to be aware so as not to run out of essential medication
I would be delighted to be able to post a better review should UK Pet Drugs speed up the veterinary prescription approval times.
That said the free Yodel (Delivery Group)next day tracked courier service seems to be very reliable thus far.

Did not deliver drugs as promised. My dog has to have her drug everyday or she gets very ill. I ordered her prescription from this company 3 times. The first order went through ok. The second took 3 weeks and the 3 time they cancelled the order after 10 days. They are unreliable which is not acceptable when ordering life saving drugs.

Wish I would have checked the reviews promise next day delivery but as soon as you check out you receive a it will be 5 days plus 3 days for delivery

My dog is in desperate need of life saving vitamin k1 due to ingesting rat poison.

Like my animals is literally dying because they promised next day delivery.

They do not answer calls or emails or text messages.

I want a refund but there's no way to contact them to actually get it

Wish I had read the reviews before using them! Avoid! Took seven days to tell me they had failed to process my order, and that was only after I chased them up. Awful service. Read the reviews on here before ordering. There is a reason they are cheap!!!!

My dog has ran out of medication because of these. Took them two weeks to review her prescription then they messaged saying they can’t complete it & funds will be sent back with no explanation. Dog is buggered and I’m yet to receive my funds back.

Loathe to even give them one star........

8 days after uploading prescription and placing order, nothing. Phone calls are not answered. Emailed, no reply, but did get a notification that the order was approved. Still waiting a week later for the item to be sent, even though I stated in my email that my dog was going to run out, and has now run out of medication.

This company should not be allowed to trade........

I would rate this as a minus rating however there was not an option to do this.

I waited 9 days for my prescription to arrive, I believe this would have been significantly longer of if I hadn’t contacted the staff several times requesting an update.

My pet died whilst waiting for this medication which I cannot return, due to the no returns on prescriptions policy. I am now left with no pet and medication at £86 that I cannot use.

I asked for information several times regarding the complaints process and was ignored.

Automated replies states that you will have a reply within 24-48 hours, which is false as I waited several days for a reply and had to chase this up myself.

Absolute disgraceful service and website. I wished I had read the reviews prior to ordering, however I was pulled in by the ‘next day delivery’ advertisement, which is false. (5 working days plus 3 working days to deliver).

Do not order from this website!!!

Very slow delivery, very slow response time to emails, can't provide VAT invoices, never answers the phone

Ordered some time ago and in good time for them to be here before I ran out of my dogs medication. Still no order and only 1 tablet left. Contacted by email, facebook messenger and been on the phone for nearly and hour with nobody picking up. Their online chat doesn't work either. I've ordered from a different company with next day delivery. I'd say bad customer support but litererally there isn't any.

Appalling that they have such a long shutdown over Christmas. I'm all for staff taking a break, but when you're in retail and customers are waiting for MEDICATION you need to service as much as possible! I called in week of 15th December repeatedly and nobody picked up each time. Appalling service.

Refused to issue medication on a repeat prescription they have held for over six months stating it expired after six months despite VMD guidance saying repeat prescriptions can be issued beyond six months. Now claiming they require vet authorisation to issue despite having a valid prescription for repeat medication issued by my vet! Joke of a company have reported to the VMD directly. Seems their only interest is making money causing customers frustration and delays.

Placed an order to find out 4 days later it’s out of stock. Surely stock should be updated to reflect this and not take so long to advise. Also taken £175 pending form my account so now have to order elsewhere and find the money as they say the pending transaction will take 4& hours. I wish I had read these reviews before ordering.

Rang up this company to advise that medication was urgent, the lady whom I spoke to on the phone was so polite and helpful she looked for the prescription and attached it to my file whilst I was on the phone and was approved the same day and delivery the following day. Excellent customer service.

Placed order for prescription drug on 19/10/25 and still no progress 24/10/25.
I called 5 different times and emailed several times with no response. I’ve now asked for a refund but not sure if that will happen.
I have emailed enforcement at vmd.gov.uk to look into this company selling online.
I will have to see if my card protection scheme can help me.

Will not be using again. Ordered online, uploaded the prescription. Money pending in my account. 4 days later it hasnt been taken out. call them, for them to say they never received the order! would I like to order again, and that I would have to upload the prescription again. I said I cant be sure that yoiu will match the two up, and besides which you messed the first order up so declined. ordered elsewhere. 6 days later I receive an email to say my order has been sent out (the order they didnt receive)! money was taken out of my account causing me to go in the red! Now, if I had given the order over the phone as the woman suggested I did that would have been two orders going out, two lots of a lot of money. Will not be ordering again from them. Once bitten and all that. Judging by the reviews they will lose a lot of business as people will just go elsewhere.
