I have an outstanding complaint…
I have an outstanding complaint originally sent two months ago and despite over 10 emails chasing it since I am yet to receive a response! It’s incredibly frustrating and poor customer service
Unit is poorly built internally and not secure. The wall on our unit was falling through so whoever was next door could access it!
Our locks were changed and still no idea why, the company didn’t even inform us so we travelled over 2 hours to reach our unit and couldn’t get it. Had to pay a locksmith to open it at our expense.
Update: I submitted my unit number as part of this review, so the reply on here stating they cannot locate my details is invalid. I’ve also miraculously received an email from ukstorage today which feels generic not resolving the issue. Complaint is still outstanding unfortunately.

Self Storage Made Easy!
It would be zero
It would be zero, if I could...
Reasons being, but not limited to:
1. Nothing but threatening behaviour - I lost my job and was sent a final notice of aution before a first was ever issued
2. Misinformation at every turn - was never told anything, even though they had my email address
3. Changing the lock and not sending a new key - updated my address and still nothing
4. "Oops, sorry" culture of customer service - zero empathy from all staff
5. Final notice sent without a first notice (highly illegal) - just an "oops, sorry".
6. RATS!!! - some of my stuff has been ruined and had to be binned. We even found a rat corpse in one of my boxes!
Not to mention...there is no on-site help whatsoever, so if you need assistance in an emergency, you'll have to wait 3-5 working days, except weekends and bank holidays!
NEVER EVER USE!!!

Well we haven’t actually moved our furniture in yet and we live abroad but having spoken to Melvina and with her help she has helped us navigate the whole process and we feel very confident that this will be very straight forward.
It is a big worry to me that all my possessions are kept safe and I am confident they will be.
