I'm new into the watch game. I've been into watches as a kid, but over the years I've jumped around different watch types quite a lot—from G-Shocks to smartwatches—until one day my smartwatch felt like it wasn't the right fit for me anymore. Therefore, I decided I'm going to buy my first Swiss watch.

I kept looking for two years to figure out what I wanted. I realized what I prefer is something with discreet luxury. Lo and behold, I found the Christopher Ward C65 Aquitaine in 41mm with the off-white vintage dial. It was love at first sight. However, when I finally decided to buy the watch, unfortunately, CW had stopped making it or it wasn't in stock anymore.

One night, I found Mike, the UK Watch Guru, who had exactly the watch I was looking for. I was a bit skeptical first, but I dropped him an email anyway. After having conversations with Mike, I felt at ease, and I knew I was in the right hands. I made the payment online and got the watch the next day.

I'm truly impressed by Mike, who had to walk to the post office in the rain to make sure I got my watch the very next day. This is what I call excellent customer service, and this is coming from a User Experience Designer who designs services for a living.

This has been one of the best experiences I've had in the UK so far.

I review the acquisition of a Christopher Ward Trident Pro C60 42mm full set.
From the minute I placed the order Mike's communication about the order being made and despatched was perfect. I placed the order Sunday and received it via 1pm Royal Mail special delivery on Tuesday.
The packaging was robust and very carefully put together for safe delivery.
The watch was housed within an unmarked original box set for the watch with papers and the CW diver itself is immaculate. I have not owned a CW watch before in my collection and the quality of the watch is fantastic and a clear step up from the middle of the pack. Given the fact that the watch is a few years old, its unmarked condition provides incredible value for such a quality item.
I do not often post reviews, but Mike's care and attention to service and his choice of product for onward sale sets a new level for me. Rare to find a genuinely outstanding professional seller who clearly cares about his client and the product in equal measure. Thanks Mike. Highly recommended.
