Please where is my order!!!!!!!! I ordered for the past 2 weeks and still not eve a single item sent to my address. I have emailed a number of times, mailer demon then sent to this email yet not a resposnse. Kindly refund if notgenine as I bought after seeing advert on facebook! service at ukhealthservice.com

Despite all the current issues with Mounjaro shipments, they went above and beyond to make sure I received my medication quickly — it arrived today and I really needed it. They had stock when I placed both orders. They issued order numbers. Took the money. I even sent in up-to-date photos & proof of last dose to save time, 24th August. I spoke to 2 members of staff whilst awaiting for updates they assured me that even if you was out of stock you would fulfil both orders at the original price. They guaranteed it, again today! You've sat on £375+ of my money since last Sunday & now everywhere is out of stock you decided to email me to say
You've cancelled both orders & I'll get my money back in a few days, which takes me past the price increase date, so they have basically ended my journey on mounjaro to improve my health as i live with chronic pain. Even the bank said it is extremely poor conduct. Appalling!!!

The process was so simple and straightforward, and even though I made a mistake on my intake form, they called me *right* after the order was placed to check it so the order could go out in time for next day delivery. I’ve tried four different weight loss online doctor services here in the UK and this one has been the best by far.

I think the website could use a redesign to make it look more professional as it originally made me question whether this was a genuine service, but I’m glad I took a chance on the strength of the reviews here and can now proudly add my two cents here as well.
