I started in February 2026 i love the flexibility here because it lets me manage my family schedule, which has been a challange but the managers ( Charlotte ) has had such empathy and helping me with a rota to fit it makes me more focused and present when I'm with my clients they dont just support clients they look after there staff which reflects on our job satisfaction and stability
I started at Ultima care in February 2023 in what a company they are, I don't only work with amazing colleagues but they are my second family, and I wouldn't change want to work for anyone other than Ultima Care

Bestie was wonderful. She was punctual, pleasant, was interested in my husband's condition, and when I asked her to do some cleaning in my kitchen, she was very enthusiastic, and left things in a pristine condition.

We have been very pleased with the care provided for my mother-in-law. The staff are kind, attentive, and make her feel comfortable and supported. Communication has been excellent, with quick responses whenever we’ve needed to arrange additional cover or make changes. We were particularly grateful for how smoothly holiday care was organised, giving us real peace of mind. Overall, the service has been reliable and caring, and we would highly recommend ultima.

Keeping my dear mum in her own home in her final months was the most important thing to her and with the support of the team at Ultima Care we were able to make that happen. Both the carers and the office staff were proactive and responsive at all times, which meant that mum felt truly cared for at such a precious time for all of us; this also gave us huge piece of mind. Getting to know the team at Ultima Care was equally important (trusting someone else with your mum!) and actually very easy because they are 'people people". I would encourage anybody looking at care support for a loved one to start the conversation early and get guidance from Ultima Care.

I’ve worked for Ultimacare for over two years now. I explained situation and the company were very accommodating to the hours I could work. It fits in around my other commitments and there is always opportunity to do extra hours when I can. The office staff are approachable and considerate to individual needs. The training is excellent, both in house and online, with refresher courses regularly. Anyone interested in care without experience can rest assured, you learn everything you need to know and can ask for any extra training you feel you might need.
When we visit clients, we leave knowing we’ve made their day a little bit brighter and a little easier.. I’ve met some amazing people that I’d never have met without this job. I’d recommend Ultimacare to anyone who needs a helping hand at home, either personal care or general day to day duties. I’m very happy here and if you’re interested in care work Ultimacare is a great company to approach.

I never planned on staying but I fell in love with the job and the company and the team is fantastic.
Everyone is lovely and work as team there is chance to progress within the company. The training is good in house and the online training it’s full of information and a great learning environment. If you like care look into Ultima care
