Do not use this company as they took my order (approx £145) never responded and because they somehow channel their payments via a third party they invalidate a section 75 claim

Absolutely no customer service, just a holding email to say they are short staffed. I placed a £145 order with them on 12th August and it’s still not arrived on 3rd September and no confirmation that it’s even been dispatched yet.

Competitive prices but if you want something within in a normal delivery timeframe - especially paying for express delivery then avoid.

Took 10 days for delivery and they failed to respond via phone or email to follow up regarding my order.

Will not be using this company again, would rather pay a little more for better service.

Really impressed with the service! My delivery came packaged really securely and ahead of when I was expecting it! Great prices too. Would definitely shop here again!

Read the latest poor reviews and you will notice the common thread - 0 response from the company - no sign of any delivery, nor when the order may be shipped or anything else that constitutes normal customer service.

Placed a £145 order on 17th August. Paid for express delivery, here we are 31st August and my order has not even been dispatched. I've sent two emails and not had a reply to either. If the company is struggling with short staff they should stop taking orders. Will not use again.

Edit- order shipped day after posting this review. Bit of a coincidence! Had already ordered products from another store but glad to have not lost money.

The goods were delivered on time by Royal.Mail. i recommend the company and will use them again, perfect service

Received just what I ordered, but delivery was some 2 weeks

Utterly shambolic. I ordered a gift on the 25th August with Express Delivery. No gift and when I try to track the order via the 'Shop' app, there is no tracking info.

I've emailed and phoned the company with no response. Do not go near this company.

I emailed twice immediately upon Purchase and still 1 week on I haven’t had a response and I needed a response before the item was shipped. Incredibly poor service, do not use!

Absolute shambles. Ordered 2weeks and nothing, no info and no product.

Basic fundamentals of customer experience - keep your promises and aim to exceed customer expectations at every step. And yet, even the basics - deliver my order - don't seem to exist. After 2 weeks I'm still waiting. It seems impossible to contact anyone by phone or email - its like everyone at Ultimate has gone into hiding. My recommendation to others ... stick with who and what you know - even if there is a price differential!

DO NOT ORDER!!! I wish I’d read the reviews on here first! As with others I am waiting for an order I paid extra for ‘express’ delivery- what a joke!!! No reply from my email, when you call the answer machine says it’s full!!! Probably with people complaining! AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!
Update, still waiting for my order and still no communication with from this company. My order was on August 17th!

Late delivery and zero communication. I paid for express delivery and phoned/emailed several times before giving up. I had to buy the bottle elsewhere.

Paid for express delivery. Had to chase after a week with no correspondence / update being received.

Ordered champagne for a special occasion which has not arrived. I have tried to call numerous times and sent 3 emails but no answer. I have now contacted my credit card company to get my money back. I would not recommend a company who do not answer emails or phone calls

Ordered some champagne from Ultimate Drinks, it hasn't been delivered at all, and after numerous calls and emails - no response from the business whatsoever. Will be taking the issue further. Definitely do not recommend this company.

Package arrived a day earlier than initially indicated which is fantastic, great price, great service.

Sadly we chose a Whiskey in a presentation box as shown online as a gift but when the parcel arrived the bottle was not in a box.
