Order took 2 weeks to arrive.
No reply to emails or answer the phone. Looked them up on Facebook and they’re using a different companies phone number

Omg I cannot believe how long I have been calling and emailing and they do not get back to you!! I have ordered £170 bottles, said it’s on the way and I have been waiting for weeks and still have not received them. If you do not want your money taken do not use this website!!!!

Product great jowever arrived 3 weeks late.

Was happy even tho delivery was later than expected but was explained that a lot of workers was in iserlating

Bought a £56 bottle of champagne for 5-7 days delivery, £5.99 of that specifically for that delivery date. Champagne came 20days later and I had no response to any emails. After i then contacted to say the occasion had passed and my disappointment with the companies service I again got ignored.

Hideous service!!!

I have ended up raising a dispute with my bank. I ordered a bottle of champagne as a wedding gift with express delivery so the parcel was supposed to arrive within 2-3 working days.

It hadn’t even been “dispatched” by the 3rd working day. No response to emails. Absolutely NO answer to the telephone calls on the number listed on their website.

The only notification I have has is from the courier is “advised not received”.

So all in all I’ve had to buy this champagne twice, as it didn’t turn up in time for the wedding. Along with all the extra costs of postage and messing about trying to find a “replacement”

The bank have temporarily refunded me until they investigate further with the company.

Promt well packed delivery. Felt a bit dubious after order. As then read some reviews, but needn't after worried couldn't ask for more

One of those Companies where you need to look at the reviews before buying from them. The Website looks great, my £350 order never arrived. No reply to emails, not bothering to waste more money on phone calls. Chargeback started, hopefully if they have a few of these Stripe will withdraw their facility. Rip off merchants.

Wasnt delivered on time toom a week rather than fast track. I messaged to cancel as already brought items elsewhere for a birthday present. My message was ignored! Now stuck with 2 bottles of vodka I wont drink. Poor service and poor communication
