Fast delivery with tracking, very happy with product

Order arrived late despite paid premium delivery service, no communication from the vendor, calls ring out, no replies to emails - do not recommend

Delay on delivery with no communication at all I had to chase them.

I enjoy the brandy i buy however its very exspensive Ultimate Drinks have it at a reasonable price and delievery is good.

I had an interaction with one of your colleagues,which in my opinion was quite rude and condescending. I was aware that the item I bought was a pre order. I received an email telling me so. I also received an email telling me that shipping to me would be on the 14th of October. That date came and went so I sent an email just to ask about estimated delivery, where I was told well the item you bought was a pre order item and that it was all over the website, and that I should go and look for the second email that would tell me when my delivery date will be. I sent back a reply just stating that the date I received in my second email was actually the 14th. Nothing was sent back, no sorry maybe it was a mistake, nothing. Well this is the first and last time I will be shopping with you.

Buyer Beware 25/10/2021
After no contact from these people I am now taking them to court for an order placed on 17th August 2021 for £1342.89.
The delivery company confirmed they never collected the items from the warehouse, and I have had no response to e-mails and the phone number displayed just rings out.
After my previous Negative review I had a note via trust pilot to say they have requested details. To this I also have no response.
It seams that all easy small orders are going out, yet a large order is getting lost in the system.
Order at your own risk.

Terrible service. Took weeks to come. Never replied to me chasing or answered the phone. Only got dispatched when I raised as a case with my bank. I will not buy from here again.

I ordered a drink and the website stated that the delivery takes 5-7 work days. After about 2 weeks i emailed to ask about my order and i never got a response. Over a month later, I received a text message to say my parcel was being delivered on a certain date and it was not delivered. A few days later my parcel finally arrived. I am glad to have now received my product but it would have been nice to have been notified about how long it was going to take.

I regret having to post this review but after ordering a present for my brother’s birthday it took 4/5 weeks to arrive due to security checks!! I wouldn’t have minded but I sent 5/6 emails asking what was happening and got zero response. I won’t be using these again

Wrong item received, emailed and never got a response!!! £54 bottle of brandy and I didn’t get what I ordered.
