I have found Ultimate Outdoors my go to shop in Chelmsford for getting outdoor gear. This visit, Dominic was very helpful and supportive of my cause - finding some boots to walk a charity challenge to raise money and awareness for Papyrus. I visited the Chelmsford store three times recently and was very impressed with the customer service on all these occasions. My husband and I bought sandals on the first visit and the young lady working in that department couldn’t have been more helpful. We both bought the same Merrell ones in the end. I then returned and bought another pair that I’d tried on in addition. The girl remembered me and quickly found them. Two days ago, after wearing my merrells in the house, I decided they were too small. The staff took them back and ordered a larger size online without any fuss. These arrived the next day! I can’t fault the store or the online system. Very efficient! And I have two pairs of walking sandals at a good price!
