Top notch customer service
I went to buy a pair of hiking boots and had absolutely no idea what was best for me. I was assisted by a fantastic member of staff called Kaliah who recommended the best type of boot I should choose for the climate and type of terrain I would be hiking on. I was able to try multiple pairs with Kaliah having to go up and down the stairs to collect a new pair each time but she was more than happy to do this for me. She also went above and beyond by checking the stores website to make sure I was paying the best price. Because of her knowledge and exceptional customer service I felt really satisfied with the boots I had chosen and will be returning again to the store each time I need to buy any outdoor gear. Great job Kaliah 😉

Exemplary customer service
Returned a pair of faulty walking shoes. Had no receipt, just credit card statement with date of purchase. The staff took the trouble to track the purchase and refund the cost against a new pair. The same pair was not available in my size ,so I selected a more expensive pair. Ryan A applied a 20% discount on the purchase to make the price as close to the original as possible. I was thoroughly delighted with the service from the cashier ( whose name I've unfortunately forgotten) and Ryan.

Great Friendly Service
Great help when needed initially by Teri for buying walking boots for the family then Ryan A at the till with a little bit of discount. All round great, "old fashioned service" just what was required.

Can’t thank Libby enough for all of her…
Can’t thank Libby enough for all her help tonight. We needed DofE kit and nothing was too much trouble. From coats to boots, rucksacks and sleeping mats she was helpful, knowledgeable, honest and patient. Would recommend and not hesitate in going again.
