Horrible experience with this company. I
Won't ever use them again . I got the run around just trying to talk to manager.
Definitely a company that does not know how to treat customers!!!

Great service! Highly recommend them!

Great experience from initial contact, Casey detailed the process with timing and pricing. My vehicle was loaded at my home on a Saturday in Wisconsin and delivered to Orlando Fl on Wednesday morning. The driver, Lorenzo was amazing to work with. My experience was a definitely a 10 out of 10!
Highly recommend!

We were looking for a company to transport a vehicle from Memphis to Georgia. We came across this company and Kassi was our customer service person. She was truly Awesome! She explained everything in detail and addressed any questions and concerns we may have had. The process was seamless. We paid the required deposit and within minutes we were dispatched and a driver picked up the assignment. The car was picked up the very next day by our driver Mike and delivered to our door in hours. The driver kept in contact letting me know that he was close and his eta. I am very happy that we found this gem and we will most definitely referring the company and using there services again.

Great communication, Jerry was very honest from the beginning. He helped us taking a good decision. Transport was completed in a timely manner as he said. Miguel the driver gave us time frames which he accomplished. He was careful with the car. We are grateful. Our car is back and we have no complaints at all.

Great company to work with great communications Show up on time and deliver on time They honor their original quote Drivers are very friendly

Here: I randomly found this service online and asked for a quote along with several other services to have my repaired vehicle brought back home from a repair shop 8 hours away. Jerry called me immediately and explained what to watch for when dealing with carriers, like hidden fees and extra charges. He assured me his price was final. He kept up with me until my vehicles repairs were finished then set up the pickup. He responded to every text I sent while waiting for transport to get set. The driver was terrific in texting me 3-4 times on drive to keep me up to date on ETA. The car was delivered on time and in great shape, with agreed upon price. Great folks to deal with and would highly recommend them.

Everything was great especially with Junie who assimilated with getting me a driver to pick up our vehicle and transport it from VA to NV. 5 stars. Only issue was with the driver. Otherwise I will definitely use their services again if and when the need arises.

Affordable auto transport. Truck arrived on time and auto was delivered as promised. Great customer service and communication. We will be using for future transports.

Amazing! They dropped off early, my SUV is safe and sound, and I am so happy to have it with me. They got the job done! ✅ Thanks Ultimate Transport123!!! :D

I needed a vehicle transported from CT to CO and cold called Ultimate Transport to ask for a quote. The representative immediately put me at ease with his knowledge and guaranteed a super price. During the transport, I was in constant communication withe the driver and do you want to know the best thing? The vehicle came in 3 DAYS early!! What a pleasant surprise. No drama, just professionalism. I've heard of transportation companies being nightmares by holding customers hostage by demanding more money. Ultimate Transport is NOT one of them. Use Ultimate Transport!

Bar to none wonderful experience- everything was perfect from beginning to end Prompt and efficient and amazing communication- would use them again!

Timely pick up and drop off; very communicative and polite. No damage

They were very professional, reasonable prices. They picked my car up at the time they said they were gonna pick it up and dropped it off at the time they said they were going to drop it off. I definitely will use them again.

I had a great experience with Ultimate transport 123 transporting my car. They were responsive from the start, explained everything clearly, and kept me updated throughout the process. Pickup and delivery were both on time, and my car arrived in the same condition as when it left—no issues at all. Reliable, professional, and worth it. Highly recommend!

Quick, honest and confirmed pricing and communication. Advice given about car transportation regardless of whether I booked them or not shows integrity and good character. Paid a small fee to ultimate transport and remaining to the driver upon unload. Flawless delivery even in a snow storm across country. Quick responses via call, text and email. I could always reach them. Definitely recommend

We purchased a vehicle earlier this month from another state..getting it home was going to be a little bit of a project..we contacted Ultimate Transport 123 and worked with Anthony and the team and within 5 days over the MLK Holiday weekend had the vehicle delivered and at our home..
From start to finish the process was simple, fast, and efficient..anytime I had questions they were quickly answered and all could be completed online simple and secure.

Our driver was professional, we were notified when the vehicle was picked up and then notified when to expect the vehicle that evening.

We are very happy with the entire process and would recommend Anthony and the Ultimate Transport 123 team for any vehicle transport needs!

Thank you!

Ultimate Transport 123 has been great to work with. We have used them 3 times to transport our children's cars to/from their Universities. Each time the scheduling, pickup, transport and delivery and drop offs have been seamless. We highly recommend.

Great smooth fast paced friendly environment

Deirdre at x744 has helped us move our kids’ cars back and forth to college a few times now. She always remembers our family and is very personable. I feel like I’m calling a friend when I reach out. She is always quick to respond and answer any questions we have. I highly recommend her for your transport needs!
