Ordered and paid for a part, was told it was not in stock and I had to wait 2 months for the part to be made. 2 months came and went, so I contacted them again and was told I needed to wait another month to get the part ... not good at all .. do not buy from this company

Just bought a frame reinforcement bar from this brand, NEVER AGAIN!
The welds look horrible and the paintjob looks like it has been made with a rattlecan, light spots everywhere.
Not to mention that the part came in already scratched.
Overall poor quality, I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Product listings do not display stock information, so naturally you assume they have stock.

I placed an order in November.. no sign of goods 3 weeks later, I contacted them and was told that there is a 10 week lead time from the factory! They also said they will have a couple of products before new year so they could dispatch a part order for those ASAP

Another 5 weeks has passed and there is no sign of this part order, nor any updates about the whole order in general

Would give 0 stars if it was an option - stay well away.

Order placed on 20/12/2021 and money taken straight away from my account. I then received an email on 21/12/2021 saying the item was out of stock and would be delivered within 4-6 weeks time.

After chasing up at various points I was assured the order would be fulfilled within the 6 week timeframe. 6 weeks go by, no contact made to update me so I had to chase up yet again. I did this on 28/01/2022 via a phone call and was told they'd get in contact with the supplier and update me at the start of the following week. Again no response so I emailed on 31/01/2022 stating it they can't fulfil the order I'd like a refund to be processed.

Obtained a response on 01/02/2022 of:

"Hello,
This order has been cancelled for you.
You will be refunded soon.
Regards"

So now 6 weeks later I'm back where I started.
