I had a miscarriage recently and was really anxious about my current pregnancy. Badly needed some reassurance while waiting for my first nhs scan. Sonographer Gill was amazingly warm and empathetic and understood straightaway what we are expecting from the scan. She made me feel so comfortable and supported throughout the scan and we got the reassurance we needed. She also gave us some cute little gifts for the baby and myself which was really nice to have. 100% recommended!

Always meant to leave a review for Gill asking had many scans with her throughout my pregnancy. I had been through a previous miscarriage and IVF so I was anxious throughout my whole pregnancy and constantly wanted a scan for reassurance. I went to Gill 3 or 4 times and always left wanting to return. The scans were always so thorough and she would scan over every limb and body part. We didnt want to know the gender but this did not effect how thorough gill was. We were allowed to take a video of the whole scan and Gill would always offer to send all the images via email at no further charge. I would return here for any future pregnancies.

I had my first reassurance scan at Ultrasound care on the 20th Jan 2023. When the female who done the scan come to collect us from the reception she did not even speak. The whole experience was not personal at all and was very negative from the start.

I have then had both external and internals scans where I was asked by the lady “when was the last time you done a pregnancy test?”. Instantly I knew something was wrong. She then went onto tell me and my partner that she could not find the baby and this is going to go down as “pregnancy of unknown location”. She then added that this may be an ectopic pregnancy, but to just come back in 2 weeks.

I left the building very distressed and even vomited with this news. I then got the report through via email which read “Patient is aware that an ectopic pregnancy has not been fully excluded and they must seek urgent medical advise if they experience any symptoms (such as pain)”. This was not explained to me, instead we were rushed out.

I have called the womens hospital who have advised me to go to A&E. I spend all day waiting in A&E worried sick, stressed and anxious. Finally I was seen by the early pregnancy unit who have scanned me. The pregnancy was clearly shown in that scan and the nurse stated that she had no concerns at all. The nurse advised that so many people come from private clinics being told bad news, when infact everything is as it should be.

I would not recommend this clinic at all. No compassion for clients when delivering news as above. I will add a photograph of the scan taken from Ultrasound care, and the one taken from the NHS.

Just came out of a gender scan in here. Booked in last minute, the lady doing the ultrasound (I'm sorry my brains not working and I can't remember your name) was absolutely brilliant, really professional, explained everything to us and answered all our questions. We were told little ones gender and showed each part of the body, it was all just a lovely experience. Thank you so much

Smooth and easy service. Booked an appointment quickly and results were immediate. Even got a chance to ask questions which you don’t get in the NHS.

Fabulous place. Easy to book, seen straight away and explained every single step of the way. Great for piece of mind.

I would recommend this clinic. It was actually suggested to me by a friend who had used the same company for her pregnancy. They were brilliant. Quick, affordable and thorough. I received a report and pictures and they explained everything to me, they didn’t make me wait for the results. Highly recommend.

Very happy with these services. Everything was clearly explained and I was actually spoken to during the scan (unlike the NHS) The lady explained everything that she was looking at to me directly. Then I was given a report with all of the information on it and all of my pictures. HIGHLY recommend.

Went for a men’s scan and had a male sonographer. I went at the insistence of my wife and I am very happy that I did. The sonographer was brilliant with the information and made me feel comfortable and reassured. I received my report and images to take home with me, which I was very surprised at as normally you would have to wait a few days if not weeks for. Very happy with the whole service including the price. I would highly recommend, especially considering the state of the NHS at the moment.

Brilliant! Had a scan here before I got pregnant as we had a scare with some blood tests coming up a bit strange. I got a scan almost immediately and the sonographer was so thorough even answering all of my husbands questions as well. As you can imagine we were so worried. But they were so patient and we got a full report and scan images to hand to my GP. Definitely recommend!!
