Finally! The problem is solved!
After a few months of waiting, I received an email once again in response to my review. They asked for my payment details again, and I sent everything over neatly as requested. It turned out there was a miscommunication regarding the name on the payment versus the name on the order, which made it impossible for them to trace the order linked to the payment. After some digging, it was all resolved. The stickers were produced and shipped after all.
The quality of the stickers is good, and the colors are lovely. My son was very happy with them. As promised, I would update my review. Here it is.I read your reaction, the order is at my son name Rijk Eijkemans. We did order at your company! We have deliver the information now 5 times.
After reading my negative review, the company went into denial. They also asked for my information, which I promptly sent them. Unfortunately, weeks have passed again without any response. So right now, I’ve paid 28 euros and still haven't received any stickers.
Think twice before making a purchase here. A very unreliable company, and if something goes wrong, they are impossible to contact. I would describe it as nothing short of a scam.

We have now located the order under the name Rijk Eijkemans.
The situation is clear: order #31134157 has NOT been paid.
The payment method selected for this order was bank transfer, and we are still waiting for the payment to arrive in our bank account. Since we have not received the payment, the order could not be processed or shipped.
Therefore, the statement in your review that you have “paid 28 euros and still haven't received any stickers” does not match our payment records.
If you have already made the bank transfer, please send us proof of payment / bank transfer confirmation to:

Please make sure the confirmation shows the payment date, amount, recipient and transaction reference so that we can trace the payment.
As soon as we receive proof that the payment was actually made, we will investigate it immediately.
We would also ask that you refrain from describing our company as a “scam” when our records show that the order remains unpaid. We are fully prepared to resolve the matter, but if you state that payment was made, we need evidence of that payment so we can locate it.
Nothing from 7th July!!
I made my order on 7th July. I still have no stickers. I have emailed asking for an update and no reply!!!

The money disappeared from my bank account, but the order doesn't appear on their website, and there's no information about it anywhere. I didn't receive an order confirmation, so the order didn't go through, the money just disappeared. The company in question doesn't respond to my emails. I had to contact the bank.
I DONT HAVE THE ORDERNUMBER, BECAUSE THE ORDER DIDNT GO THROUGH! ONLY THE MONEY DISAPPEARED FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT

Wouldn’t recommended, my items took a month and to arrive and when they did half the text was missing on the stickers. Shocking cut shocking delivery times and shocking customer service.

Warnung vor mangelhaftem Support und Produktionsfehlern
Während die Produktqualität ganz solide ist (ein paar wenige leichte Druckfehler), ist der Kundensupport eine einzige Katastrophe.
Bei meiner Bestellung fehlten mehrere Designs und es dauerte 2 Wochen und mehrere Mails, bis ich eine erste Antwort auf meine Supportanfrage erhielt. Die Antwort war jedoch nicht hilfreich. Darin hieß es lediglich, dass ein Fehler seitens der Produktion von ultrastickers.eu vorlag - Jedoch ohne mir eine Option anzubieten, dieses Problem zu lösen. Die Mail war ganze 16 Wörter lang!
Auf weitere Mails wurde bisher nicht geantwortet; Stand jetzt habe ich also den Vollpreis bezahlt, ohne jedoch meine komplette Bestellung zu erhalten.
Mir kommt es so vor, als würden Supportanfragen absichtlich ignoriert werden, um eine Erstattung der Kosten zu vermeiden und das Problem totzuschweigen. Hoffentlich bekomme ich das Geld über eine PayPal-Anfechtung wieder.
Man sollte hier definitiv mit Versicherung zahlen, um das Scam-Risiko zu verringern!
!Edit - Neuer Stand:
Nachdem PayPal Druck auf den Verkäufer ausgeübt hat, habe ich für den fehlenden/falsch gedruckten Teil meiner Bestellung eine Erstattung bekommen.
Anschließend bekam ich eine Mail von ultrasstickers (es war die erste und bislang letzte nach der wirren 16-Wörter-Mail), in der mir Scam und Betrug vorgeworfen wurde, was eine Interessante Art ist, um die Fakten zu verdrehen. Es wurde behauptet, dass eine Ersatzlieferung bereits in Produktion/Lieferung sei. Diese wurde vorher nie erwähnt, nicht mal eine solche Tendenz zeichnete sich an, da wie gesagt nicht auf meine zahlreichen Mails geantwortet wurde - Jene "Ersatzlieferung" kam entsprechend auch nie an und mir bleibt nichts anderes übrig als davon auszugehen, dass sie dies frei erfunden war. Denn als ich einen letzten Versuch unternahm, dieses Problem auf eine kooperative Weise zu lösen und eine Rücküberweisung der Erstattung bei Lieferung jener Ersatzsticker anzubieten, bekam ich - wen überrascht es - erneut keine Antwort.
Ich habe wirklich im besten Gewissen gehandelt und mich überaus geduldig und kooperativ gezeigt, jedoch ohne Erfolg. Die Hoffnung bleibt, dass es sich um einen Einzelfall handelt, jedoch bleibt meine Warnung bestehen:
Immer mit Versicherung (zB. PayPal) überweisen, um das Scam-Risiko zu mindern.

Wir möchten den Sachverhalt aus unserer Sicht klarstellen, da einige wichtige Informationen in Ihrer Darstellung fehlen.
Zunächst möchten wir betonen, dass es sich bei diesem Fall nicht um einen Betrug oder eine absichtliche Täuschung gehandelt hat. Während der Produktion ist aufgrund eines Fehlers in unserem System ein Problem entstanden: Anstatt mehrere verschiedene Stickerdesigns zu produzieren, wurde ein Motiv mehrfach hergestellt. Dafür haben wir die Verantwortung übernommen.
Sobald der Fehler festgestellt wurde, haben wir Ihnen den entsprechenden Betrag für die nicht korrekt produzierten Designs erstattet. Die Rückerstattung wurde erfolgreich durchgeführt.
Es ist jedoch ebenso wichtig zu erwähnen, dass Sie die vollständige Anzahl an Stickern erhalten haben, die Sie bestellt hatten. Es fehlte also keine Stückzahl – das Problem bestand ausschließlich darin, dass ein Design mehrfach produziert wurde, anstatt mehrere unterschiedliche Motive herzustellen.
Da Sie die zusätzlich produzierten Sticker behalten haben, haben wir Sie gefragt, ob Sie diese entweder an uns zurücksenden oder – falls Sie sie behalten möchten – den entsprechenden Betrag dafür bezahlen würden. Leider haben Sie beide Möglichkeiten abgelehnt. Das bedeutet, dass Sie sowohl die Rückerstattung erhalten als auch die zusätzlich produzierten Sticker behalten haben.
Wir bedauern den Produktionsfehler und entschuldigen uns dafür. Fehler können leider in jedem Produktionsprozess vorkommen. Was uns jedoch wichtig ist: Wir haben den Fehler anerkannt, eine Rückerstattung vorgenommen und versucht, gemeinsam eine faire Lösung zu finden.
Die Behauptung, wir würden Kunden absichtlich ignorieren oder betrügen, weisen wir entschieden zurück. Wir bearbeiten täglich eine große Anzahl von Bestellungen und Supportanfragen und bemühen uns stets, für beide Seiten faire Lösungen zu finden.
Wir wünschen Ihnen trotzdem alles Gute und hoffen, dass zukünftige Bestellungen – egal bei welchem Anbieter – zu Ihrer vollen Zufriedenheit verlaufen.

So bad don’t order here!!!
So bad I ordered 2 batches of 500 stickers and it cost me 567 Swedish kronor and when I ordered I didn’t get a confirmation and the money had already been withdrawn so I mailed them so that they could get my order confirmed and they replied that they didn’t see my order so I mailed the hem again and said that the money already had been withdrawn and that they could either send the stickers or to send the money back but I got no response so I mailed them and threatened then that I would contact the police but still no answer. So bad customer service and a very big scam! Don’t order here!

Cheap price comes with downside
Very cheap prices, but horrible customer service as well. Also the design/order process on their webpage has a lot of errors and must be improved. Quality is okay but stickers lose colour rather quickly.

Skeptisch oder begeistert?
Anfangs war ich wegen der schlechten Bewertungen sehr skeptisch. Genauso wie von der langen Lieferzeit jedoch lief alles doch ohne Probleme ab. Die Sticker sind soeben angekommen und ich bin sehr zufrieden. Sticker sind in einer sehr guten Qualität und haben eine schöne Farbe zu einem guten Preis.
