I appreciated the prompt shipment.
However, both cans of R-10 were dented showing signs of rough handling. These are top line match pellets used for competition. Rough handling of the cans can result in deformed pellets.

I had a great experience with this project

I love the nitro rifle. No loss of charge if it sits for a day or 2. Comfortable and accurate and a good bang for my buck.

Your monkeys in the shipping dept don't know how to ship LEAD PELLETS to keep them from getting bent.
They should check out how PYRAMID ships there's.

Extremely Disappointed. $1,000 Rifle That Has Never Worked Properly!

I purchased a rifle from them for approximately $1,000, and it has been nothing but problems since day one.

During the first hunting season, after firing the rifle just one time, it malfunctioned. I sent it in for warranty repair, and they replaced the cylinder valve. When I got it back, I fired it once and then put it away for several months.

The following hunting season, I brought the rifle back out, only to discover that the exact same problem was still there!

I sent it back in, expecting the company to stand behind its product and properly address an issue that should have been fixed the first time. Instead, they now want to charge me a ridiculous amount of money to repair the very same problem.

How is it acceptable to charge a customer $1,000 for a rifle that has never functioned properly, fail to fix it under warranty, and then expect that customer to pay again for the same repair?

I’ve barely been able to use this rifle since purchasing it. I didn’t spend $1,000 on a rifle just to have an expensive decoration sitting in my closet.

I believe a company should stand behind its products, especially when a customer has experienced the same mechanical failure repeatedly.

I’m extremely disappointed in both the quality of this rifle and the way this warranty situation has been handled. I expected much better for the money I spent.

I would strongly encourage anyone considering purchasing one of these rifles to think carefully about the warranty service and how repeated problems are handled.

When I complained about the quality of hte rifle and inaccuracy they replied this is a common complaint with sping propelled rifles yet the site bragged about how accurate this particular rifle was. Which lie is the real truth

The price from umarex was $10 and the price from Amazon $30. Don't buy any where but umarex.

Scope was inaccurate cover for air cartridge doesn't stay on.

I ordered the unarmed smith and wesson and it never came through

Purchased a UX Komplete NCR had it about 7 days .some times it would not fire ,Sent it back, and they sent me a NEW One within the Same week > Great Service Thank U Mr Eck

Have not used it as yet, as I want to find a spot where dumping the ammo will not create a problem
