I placed an order from this website as it said it was from the UK and the delivery time wasn’t too long. However after 1 week I’ve had no communication whatsoever on whether the item has been dispatched or not. Also, when I tried to contact on the their advertised email address, it bounced back. If I’ve had no response in 1 week, I’ll be contacting my bank for a chargeback. My advice: avoid this website!

Edit: I wanted to follow up on my review above and amend my rating, as I eventually did receive my parcel. Following my review above, I had a reply on email from the sellers, letting me know the parcel was dispatched, and it did indeed arrive 3 working days later. As such, I am happy to change the rating.

I ordered something from the website that was meant to be delivered within 3-5 days. It has now been 1o days. I have still not had notification that the order has been despatched. I sent an email to the email address on the order confirmation email info@theirwebsiteaddress and received an autoreply to say that this email was not recognised. I have sent a message via the website to try to get hold of someone. There is no telephone number for the company. There is only one review on Trustpilot, which is from the owner of the business. Please could you investigate whether this company is still trading? If not, they have taken payment from me for an order which they might not be able to fulfil.

Купила игру Частики, отличная образовательная игра с минутами и дробями. Начав игру я поняла, что моя почти семилетняя дочка плохо разбирается во времени. Это дало толчек с ней дополнительно позаниматься. Теперь можно играть и тем самым развивать математические навыки. Спасибо, мы обязательно вернемся за новыми играми!

Как здорово, что есть такой магазин в Англии!
Узнала о нем от подруги. И глаза разбежались от выбора игр, хотелось всего и сразу:). Теперь наши любимые семейные игры: Котосовы, Читай-Хватай, Зверобуквы. И большой список на wish list.

Отдельно хочется отметить клиентоориентированность магазина и готовность дать полную информацию по любому вопросу. Быстрая доставка тоже огромный плюс.
