As mentioned in other reviews they will charge you for 5 star hotel and then change them to below grade hotels. Also, everything else is changed, liars and thieves

It’s been 4 months since these crooks took money from me.

Guys be careful there are a scam company operating from Pakistan or India. They will promise you with 5 star hotels and a luxury package but when you get to your destination, they will switch your hotels and give you 3 star. Basically this company is a scam and they are operating under multiple companies with a different name so please not highly recommend you guys to be careful.

I recommend Sara international travel. They are located in New York and have a office there’s other more companies that are actually located in the US so it’s easy to reach out to them if there’s any problem or take them to court if you need to while these people are located all the way in India or Pakistan, which you can’t do anything if they already have your money

Beware of This Travel Agency They are not Trustable

I am writing to share an extremely disappointing and distressing experience my family and I had with this travel agency. We booked a 5-star Umrah package for two weeks, which explicitly included breakfast and dinner, accommodation at the Mövenpick Hotel in Madinah, and a stay at the Swiss Hotel inside the Clock Tower in Makkah with a Kaaba view.

However, upon our arrival in Madinah after an exhausting 18–19 hour flight, we were shocked to discover that our hotel reservation had not been made. This left us in a highly stressful situation with our family, especially given the physical and emotional toll of the journey. Initially, the agency did not respond to our calls. When they finally did, they were unhelpful and dismissive. After several hours of back-and-forth with different representatives, they eventually arranged alternative accommodation — far below the promised standard. We were placed in very small rooms without the dinner that was included in our package.

Concerned about our next destination, I contacted the agency again to inquire about our hotel booking in Makkah. To our dismay, we found that this too had not been arranged. After numerous follow-ups, they finally booked a hotel for us, but not in the Clock Tower as originally promised. Instead, we were given accommodation in the Jabal Omar area — despite having paid for a premium Clock Tower hotel with a Kaaba view.

This agency has clearly misrepresented their services and failed to deliver on multiple contractual obligations. It appears they operate under different company names and involve individuals both locally and in Pakistan, making it extremely difficult to hold anyone accountable.

I strongly advise others to avoid this agency to prevent a similar experience. This type of negligence and deceit is unacceptable, especially when dealing with something as sacred and significant as Umrah

Don’t be fooled. This is still Umrah Lodges. Same people. Same lies. They just slapped a new name on the same scam after getting exposed. Classic fraud move. If you’re trusting them with your religious journey or your money, you’re setting yourself up to be robbed. Spoofing your identity with a name like “Holy Travel” is just another low from a company that has no shame.

I was looking online for a good reasonable and reliable Umrah package for me and my Mom. After talked to couple of different travel agencies I found Brother Ali of Umrah Lodges. He guided me through every detail and found me the best option for the trip. Upon arrival in Saudi , everything went exactly the way he has promised us, from hotel arrangements to transportation everything was very satisfying. I highly recommend Umrah Lodges and brother Ali for your Umrah related trip.

I booked 16 days 5 umrah package for 20 of my family members, I had horrible experience. Hotels were switched from 5 stars to 3 stars as I got there. No meals were included as per my booking I paid for breakfast & dinner. Email confirmation of booking was totally different than what was provided. Agent Ali is a fraud. I’m looking into getting a lawyer to bring them to court for all the stress & hassle I went through.
