I have now known Dr Osman Cengiz and UMUT Dental Clinic for 8yrs.
During my visits i have found Dr Os as I call him an amazing man.
I have always been treated by him.
From the day you arrive his staff treat you with great respect and take that extra step to make you feel comfortable. On this occasion Dr Os treated me and the young lady Kubra looked after me. First class service and I highly recommend UMUT Dental Clinic.

This is by far the easiest review I have ever done. Umut Dental Clinic is the one stop shop for everything dental which is so very important. These people are true professionals from the front door to the engine room and beyond. I have made friends with my dentist Dr Osman the head of Umut Dental Clinic and he leads by example and creates a fantastic experience and outcome for us their clients. Started my journey 6 months ago ago, all teeth removed, 12 implants fitted. Returned 6 months later for a life changing experience that I thought would never happen. I can’t thank the whole team enough from co ordinator to my very stunning dentist! This whole 6 months journey ran like clockwork, from collection @ airport to my final home journey! Thank you again team, back in 10months for check up & a week staying @ the same hotel umut initially booked me into….

Had 2 visits to umut 13/4/26 then back 3/8/26. The workplace itself is 1st class so clean and fresh. The work i got carried out was amazing and the young lady that done my work was unreal 😍. Ive the perfect finish and a brand new smile that i absoultey love

My friend and I had a very bad experience with this clinic
The staff dealing with things were rude and treated us appallingly. My friends mouth was left in a terrible state and she was sent away with a set of teeth that didn’t fit.
We weren’t able to go back while we were there as they refused to see her and communication broke down we lost faith and she ended up having g her teeth done in the UK.
These staff are not the same as they were 5 years ago.
They didn’t like us and we were made to feel really unwelcome.
Beware they aren’t a good clinic anymore!

What made my experience great is the doctor that looked after me, Dr. Fahid (hope I spelled that correctly, I do apologise if I didn’t). So the 5 stars are all for him. The front house people are ok, but lacking communication which I value the most. The doctor was very, very detailed oriented, at the point that it almost frustrated me. He took the same crown out at least 50 times ( and I’m not exaggerating) to adjust every single millimetre of discrepancy between the crown and the implant I have. I have no words to express my gratitude to him. He’s a good at was he’s doing. I also spoke to other pacients and they told me the exact same thing about their doctor. I do recommend him and the clinic but also be ready to deal with some organisational and communicational issues that might get frustrating at some point.

A very positive experience on what was a very daunting process. The dentist took his time to make sure my bite was perfect. They even returned my lower teeth to the lab to have another set made as they werent as exact as they wanted (I couldn't tell) their driver was always on time taking me to and from the dentist from the hotel and the translators helped me with any communication I needed. All in all I would highly recommend and would use again. If I was to be overly critical. I personally feel that they could have given a bit more notice of appointments, perhaps being told an am or pm appointment in the morning so that you could relax a little more into the holiday.

My experience has been amazing very helpful and kind staff from start to finish. Taxis to all appointments .very pleased with the mecure hotel Umut sorted and paid for . Left to go back home With an amazing 🤩 teeth Thankyou to all the staff xx

What a brilliant and professional service they provide ... every point of having my dentistry...was explained thoroughly and caringly... and from the first consultation, through to the final fitting ,never did I feel rushed into any decision... just a excellent service highly recommended... thank you all again 😁

AVOID AVOID AVOID
I don’t normally leave reviews, I had my teeth done by this dentist back in 2022.
Had to go back within four months as two crowns were loose at the back. Now i have found out the dentist installed my lower crowns to low for my bite. This was confirmed yesterday by the owner Dr Osman. They then tried to blame my one remaining wisdom teeth for the problem and tried to pressure me into having my bottom teeth removed and to pay a £1,400 fee and said they was helping me out.
To go back this time I paid for my own hotel and flights, they didn’t even want to pay for a taxi from Hotel Odonis to the dentist which is 25 minutes.
When at the dentist the owner see me for 10 minutes pretending he didn’t know English and then left me and went home whilst I was sat downstairs for three and half hours. Whilst downstairs poor guy had implants in his early 70’s didn’t know what was going on they left him there for over two hours. And as soon as they removed his teeth price went from £8,000 to £10,000.
Another lady just turned up to get her teeth done and to be told we are not paying for your hotel and asked her for a hotel fee of £400. She was with her teenage daughter and was showing messages of the dentist agreeing to pay as it was included like most dentist.
I promise you this isn’t just an angry review, I have videos of everything said. You will not go to this dentist and get away without them putting the price up.

They have it worked out they give you a price on what’s app after showing your X-ray and photos to them, they then say they will pay for your hotel they choose you when you get to the dentist they have paid for your hotel so you are tied to them.

I paid for a taxi back to my hotel and booked a early flight home.

FYI they have change there name from dental clinic Antalya to (UMUT dental clinic Antalya)

And i would like you to reply with you don’t know me or haven’t got me on the system like most reply’s you have done to bad reviews I have videos and conversations I will be happy to share.

The whole experience from the initial meeting in Uk till my second trip for treatment went really well. They have a great team and very well experienced.

Very pleased with the end result after my second visit to The Umut clinic. I had been nervous about committing and how it would all turn out. I asked so many questions in the run up all of which were answered on the Whatsapp texts. Fatih was my dentist who I felt at ease with. He worked tirelessly and was meticulous in getting everything to perfection. All the other clinic staff were polite and pleasant. The only slight irritation was the uncertainty of when I was to be treated each day or if i was not needed at all for a whole day. I'd like to assume that its because of the uncertainty of the time needed for each individual patients treatment. However, the hotel accomodation was lovely and comforting to relax and enjoy inbetween clinic visits.

From booking to treatment the communication has been really good.

My accommodation exceeded my expectations.

The transfer service is highly professional and from the first consultation I felt really reassured

The were no hidden costs and no attempt to sell extra treatments

My dentist Tuğçe was amazing, she clearly explained each process and seemed extremely thorough and my dental nurse Sule was fantastic as well.

I was reassured that many people were returning to the clinic or bringing someone on their recommendation’s.

I am beyond pleased with my results.
