This company is a scam and a terrible place to work, they also have problems getting the stuff they need to ship anything out, and it's behind constantly with shipping problems. They treat employees like trash and disrespect them. Steer clear of their products too, they are not what they seem.

Great product but logistics are terrible at this company. Product takes an average of 3 weeks to get to it destination.

I have never had any negative issues with their customer service nor their products, and was actually shocked to see the reviews on here.

Some products I use are: Morning Miracle, Daily B Complex, Cortigon, Muchana, Choline, Zoo Poo

Morning Miracle was for me the more powerful. My gosh does it work!! When I got laid off and didnt expelled as much energy I stopped because I had too much energy. Daily B Complex is just enough boost to get me at the level I need to be.

Given the allotted time to work, for me, these products have always given me their intended results.

Regarding their website and not being able to figure out how to use your loyalty points, or find how to change, cancel, postpone your subscription... I didnt have a hard time finding any of that because I've have to do most if not all of that, and it was simple. I do feel that it's harder to maneuver the website on the phone versus a laptop.

This company is extremely deceptive. I have purchased many of their products over the years, and none of them have worked. Most recently, I bought ZuPoo for my son, but it has done absolutely nothing for him. His stomach is still bloated, and he is not experiencing the results they claimed he would. It’s ridiculous to charge so much for a product that doesn’t work. It feels like they’re just bottling anything to make money. There is no progress whatsoever after using it. This is one of the most dishonest companies I’ve ever ordered from. On top of that, I was subscribed and charged a certain month, But this force me to go in and cancel everything. Because there is NO RESULT This has been a frustrating experience for a product that simply does not work.

I have been waiting for two weeks for an order. I was told it would arrive three days ago. I have reached out to the company email 4 times. They responded once. The tracking number they provided from day one never worked. I am trying to get a refund for a product I never received. Do not order from this company.

I’ve ordered package to try! Umzu sent me a message saying we’ve created you an account and are sending you more products The same package the package was enough for three months supply they’ve stollen over $483 dollars from me I’ve now gotta cancel my card because the account they set up doesn’t allow me access even after setting up a password so I can cancel from the website. BOGUS thieves. And the product is TRASH!

Products can be dangerous for some. Doctor ordered me to stop taking REDWOOD because of dangerous cumulative side effects. Company is trying to weasel out of refund for dangerous products. The sent me a form letter when I asked for help.

BUYER BEWARE. My husband has been a long time Umzu customer. Loyalty program, subscription and all. I find myself recurrently having to try to contact Umzu support, because he is too busy to do so working 6 days a week. Umzu, you are the bane of my existence. The website is clearly difficult on PURPOSE. Loyalty points are impossible to find and apply, want a return or a refund or to make a change to your order? Well, SOL. I have spent HOURS, week after week, trying to make headway. I think in 3 years I have been able to get a representative on the phone once. They don’t even list a help number to call. “Ohh email or text us!!” Never to be heard from. This company is fraudulent of that I have no doubt. BUYER BEWARE.

I have had my share of terrible companies, as a matter of fact, I just wrote a not-so-great review on a company yesterday for ignoring my request for a return shipping label, however, UMZU is NOT at all like that.

I have contacted their customer service several times and they are always quick to respond and very helpful. I had to return things and didn't have any issues. The prices are a little higher, but their products work and therefore for me they are worth the price. I am beyond confused about how some companies that should have 1 star have 5 Stars and UMZU has such bad reviews. I hope you publish my review because this company is honest and helpful and their products work.

Customer service is terrible. Ignored my email to ensure they could charge a restocking fee. Product overpriced.

Shipping took 2 weeks, The product absolutely did not work. Total waste of money, Juicing your own fruits and veggies and a coffee enema twice a week will work.

I am getting sick of a homeless man popping up on my youtube ads to sell me this crap. Dress like a normal person, groom your hair, and talk like you have some sense.

Was shopping around and bought Zuuum pre workout. Pretty tasty and gets the job done. Fair price. I like the use of AstraGin. Very nice job.

What I found odd was the reviews within TrustPilot. I see 3x 1 star reviews. Yet, TrustPilot publish only bad reviews. Is there something fishy going on at TrustPilot. Very untrustworthy to be honest.

I can only imagine how impactful it is to people that dont do their homework. Hopefully this 5-star gets published. Very odd.

BS ads are so annoying take this seriously stop putting your ads on YT its not a place for pills or meds or a time for supplements if you can hear me out there you tube please take this advertising down this guy is a dumb stupid clown who likes to waste his time promoting supplements.

this company lies about their prices! they charged me $43 for testro x but the next month it was $60, there really is no telling how much money the'er going to take from you and they remove all nagitive reviews from their website to keep to keep the products looking good but in reality their products are not all that good and not all of them deserve 5 stars and that includes the deodorant. the ethics of this company are very questionable. i want to encorage people to go some where else.

Lame and annoying commercials/ads with a homeless version of Jack Dorsey trying to sell junk products.
