100% trust these guys - I messed them around as I placed an order as was told my toilet broke, and then i ordered the wrong item - They switched the original order and then refunded in the end . I think they are a small company with a small team working their butts off, so give them a try, be pleasant with them and you will get a bargain

I am really concerned at this point because they took my money, never delivered the order. The same as all the other reviews, I have contacted them many times through phone, email and chat, but I have received no answer whatsoever.
I will never use this company again

Placed an order on 6 December, 13 days later, zero contact, no reply to messages or emails. Total scam. Now without hob for Christmas.

After some issues which left me in doubt as to the existence of the company, the owner called me, apologised, explained that they were in the process of moving premises. A replacement item was dispatched and it is now installed.

Placed an order for a Shower Waste trap, not a big order, but it was half the price of anyone else listing the same thing on the Internet. I should have known if it seems to good to be true it probably is! A week has passed since the order was placed and I had an e-mail confirming the order, but nothing has turned up, phone lines just go to answer phone and no response to my e-mail. Unbeatable Bathrooms are obviously just a scam . . . .

Sadly I didn't read the reviews before ordering as the site looked kosher. The basin we bought and paid for still hasn't turned up weeks later. No response to repeated phone calls, messages, live chat. Is your company a scam Adam Richard Smith? Our next step will be to report you to the police for theft...

SCAM. Did not shipped anything. Just took money and ghosted. Thieves

I also ordered a tap in July, received confirmation and nothing since, despite chasing. Their address is at a shop called Bliss Bathrooms and I am starting to chase them as well. If anyone has any tips on recovering money from the bank or success in the small claims court against these guys please post.

I ordered an expensive kitchen mixer tap from Unbeatable Bathrooms which developed a fault soon afterwards. For the past 3 weeks I've been trying to get hold of someone there to discuss it but no one responds at all. I've used their Live Chat function, which leads me nowhere. I've emailed them and they havent responded in 3 weeks and I've tried calling several times where I've left my contact details for them to get back, but they never do. Each time I call, it says they're busy taking customer calls, even when I've tried calling straight after opening hours.
As a follow up to continuously trying and getting no response from them, I went directly to the manufacturer, Grohe, who were great. No issue at all. Sorted me a replacement straight away.

Thieves.. brought a ghohe plate in July 2024, paid £250 and nothing. They never answer, planning to pay a visit to the showroom they advertise on 94 high street, stoke on Trent. Il get my money via bank or …

My order was acknowledged but no despatch advice was ever received.
The cost has been taken from my card but no items received.
email inquiries are ignored and the excuse on their contact PO page is telephone problems.
I am now seeking a refund through my bank.
Cannot recommend this company to anybody. Beware of using them

NO RESPONSE FROM COMPANY!!
I am having the same experience as other reviewers on here…paid for goods on the 16th of August that was supposedly to take 2 to 3 working days. Still not received,sent emails…no reply. No one answering telephone calls or returning calls! Absolute disgrace!

Absolute SCAM - ordered Keuco parts - in June, chased by telephone and email no response - still no response 25th August - now with my bank as a fraud. Please avoid at all costs

Money taken. Nothing supplied. No response to messages. Fraudulent. Don't buy anything from here.

Placed order 27 July. Chased 2 August via contact email. Automated reply:

"PLEASE NOTE: Our phone lines are currently experiencing some technical difficulties. This may result in longer than usual response times for both calls and emails. We appreciate your understanding.
"Our customer care team have received your email and will reply as soon as possible. Please allow up to 48 hours for a response to your original request, although we aim to respond within a few hours. Alternatively, you can call us on 01782 636245."

Phoned 9 August. Went to voicemail. Cancelled order that way. Followed that up with confirmation email on 11 August. It's now 17 August and I've heard not a word from them.

Adam Richard Smith is a director of 2 limited companies. This one only files as dormant. So where is the business activity? The other company, Bliss Bathrooms, appointed a voluntary liquidator in October 2023.

Got a quick response following completing this review: an apologetic phone call from Adam Richard Smith offering a refund as I'd requested.

Absolutely shocking customer service. They haven’t sent my order, and are now ignoring emails, online chat and phone calls. I’ll be asking my bank to organise a refund because I don’t think my order will ever be fulfilled. Sadly I’d suggest not ordering from this company.

This is a scam business. They do not reply to emails or phone calls at all. I have ordered something from them and have lost hope of receiving it. Just read the other reviews. Do NOT use this company.

Paid for shower tray over three weeks ago, still not arrived and no communication from company. Have tried calling, email, webchat but can never get a response.
Not sure if they have gone bust??
Had to raise a claim via bank but could take months to get money back.
If they are still trading I would suggest a name change to Unbearable Bathrooms as this has certainly been my experience dealing with them!
Do yourself a favour and shop elsewhere!
