I placed an order (and paid) on September 25. After nearly 3 weeks I have emailed them to get an update on the status of the order and I was told that one of the items was no longer available (should they have not let me know before I had to chase them?). I then agreed to replace the item for an available one.
After 2 weeks with no signs of any delivery I sent a follow up email: No answer. A few days later I sent another email: no answer. The day after I called them. They said they would have checked and replied to my email. Nothing has happened. So far (October 20) I haven’t received the items and I haven’t received any answers about the status of the order. Frustrating, disrespectful, unprofessional. Avoid!

Absolutely fantastic service
Absolutely fantastic service. After having a nightmare with another company I decided to cancel my order and re-order all my items with Unbeatable Bathrooms. Not only were they cheaper, they actually pick up the phone, understand the need for speed and did what they could and the goods arrived even before they said it would. I would definitely order again.

Stay well clear
The product they have on their website may show in stock but they are not, I had to chase for a refund, When they finally say they have refunded it shows as pending. Chased again to find out why its pending. No Answer. Every other company that has refunded me via PayPal has been instant, Appears they are happy to take your money but not give it back.

We don't advertise items as "in stock" due to the fact that they're available either from our warehouse, our partner warehouses or directly from the manufacturer themselves.
Unfortunately, this particular item was out of stock at the time of your purchase. We advise customers to check stock before purchasing to avoid any disappointment.
I can see that a refund was processed as soon as possible (the very next day) after the offered alternate products were deemed not suitable. Additionally, our team responded to all of your emails. Explaining that the refund showed as 'pending' while being processed by PayPal's eCheck system (a process over which we have no control).
We hope this has helped to clear up any confusion. If you have any questions or would like to discuss your order, please contact us directly and we will be happy to help.

Unbeatable service!
In the last few months I have bought a Vitra basin and toilet and bottle trap and waste from them. I phoned several times with queries and have found all the staff incredibly helpful - Lucianna delayed the delivery of the toilet and basin for me to fit in with timings. More recently I spoke to Jack on a couple of occasions and he followed up my query with an unasked for phone call. When one of the accessories arrived slightly dented - on sending a photo Jack phoned to let me know that they were replacing it and even sent a courier to collect the damaged one - They really do give 'unbeatable' service!!!

Great prices and really helpful staff
Great prices and really helpful staff. I had a query on a kitchen tap before buying and they contacted the manufacturer on my behalf and got back to me in an hour. I then ordered the tap and it arrived within 48 hours. I have now fitted the tap and all working perfectly.

I ordered a shower screen but…
I ordered a shower screen but unfortunately I had an email to say the item would not arrive for a month due to supplier. I could not wait a month so cancelled my order and was given a refund within a week. Customer service could not have been any better, they answered the phone straight away and emailed me to keep me updated. The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars was due to the item delay.

Stock not available and Price Match Guarantee worthless

1-hole instead of no hole sink and no solution provided…
About a month ago bought a sink from them. I ordered a no hole sink to go with my wall mounted taps. It arrived on time. No issue there. I only opened the package a week or so after it arrived, when I was about to get it installed (my mistake, I should have opened it asap) only to discover a 1-hole sink.
I contacted them several attempts and finally got a response. I was told I had to paid £37 extra, since that was the current price difference with respect to the price at the time I bought (price is constantly updated in this site, when I check after i got the message the price difference was £8, but that's not even the point). I pointed to them that I was legally entitled to have the product I ordered at the price I ordered it to, but to no avail.
As I had builders home ready to finish the work I did not have the time to pursue the matter. I have been left with a sink with a hole, which is not ideal to my wall mounted taps. No the end of the world but certainly not a good experience. I won't be using them again, that much is clear.

I can see that the basin delivered to you was a 1 tap-hole variant, created as a draft order by one of our team members that you spoke to over the phone after our scheduled customer service closing hours.
It is possible that we misheard the tap-hole variant that you specified over the phone. Please accept our apologies if that was the case.
Because the draft order was sent to you via email to be checked, to ensure that all the information was correct, and was then accepted by yourself through completing the purchase, that would be why you received the 1 tap-hole variant as stated within the order.
I can see that we also offered to swap the basin, with the only additional cost being the price difference between the 1 and 0 tap-hole variants.

Poor customer service
Poor customer service
Tried to return a sink and asked them the best way to do that. No help. I had to figure it out for myself and unfortunately my courier smashed the sink in transit...turns out you need to transport on a pallet but unbeatable bathrooms couldn't be bothered giving any guidance.
I bought another sink from them but no discount given and no value assigned to the returned stand. They just kept that intact item which is worth £100. Screwed me on that too.
Promised multiple times to call me back to give me an update on my request for a reduction on the second sink but never contacted me. They fobbed me off with excuses about not wanting to give away their price points or there was a slither of ducttape on the box which meant it wasn't original packaging. Basically scrambling for excuses not to do the right thing. I offered to withhold my experience in return for a goodwill gesture, they said they would call me back but guess what...never did.
Pretty annoyed about the whole experience but mostly annoyed by the lack of care. They simply didn't care about the fact I lost £700 due my inexperience of shipping porcelain and their total lack of concern once they had my cash.

I believe our team spoke to you regarding returning the order and suggested transporting the item using a pallet, as well as providing alternative options such as Parcel2Go.
We've taken your feedback on board and have amended our website to provide customers with clearer instructions on returning fragile items. We try our best to reply to all customers but due to the current circumstances and our reduced staff numbers, this has regrettably taken longer than usual in some cases.
Unfortunately, because the frame and basin come as one item and can't be purchased separately, we're unable to refund you for the frame.
