I ordered and paid for two pairs of headphones, but only received one. Despite the items being shown as in stock, I had to wait almost six weeks for my order to arrive.

UnderTorrent later told me that the second pair would not be shipped due to an internal coupon error and promised a refund. That refund never arrived, and my follow-up email was simply ignored. In the end, I had to initiate a chargeback through my credit card provider.

Long delivery time, incomplete order, no promised refund, and poor customer service. Very disappointing.
