Ordered two pairs of shoes from Unexpected Store using the sizing conversion guidance provided on their website for a US size 10.
The shoes that arrived were materially larger than standard US size 10 footwear and not wearable. This was not a minor fit preference issue — the sizing was significantly off relative to the guidance provided at purchase.
I contacted customer service multiple times, provided photographs, and requested either:
* an exchange for correctly fitting pairs, or
* a return authorization/refund.
Despite this, after three emails the store finally responded and refused both exchange and return and then stopped responding.
The post-sale customer service and handling of the sizing issue were very disappointing.
I would strongly recommend that international buyers exercise caution relying on the sizing conversions provided on the website and carefully review the store’s return policies before ordering.
