Shipping from China took over 4 weeks and missed Christmas. The “Forgiven” sweatshirt letters were lined up but the “Redeemed” sweatshirt was way off and it looks like it just says “DEEM” across the back. These also run very small.

Super disappointed in this company...I ordered a shirt on Dec. 6th and finally received it on Jan. 4th, after multiple emails. Every email I wrote received a response of "we're always here for you!" or "give us a shout if you need anything!"....absurd! I asked for tracking info multiple times, but aside from a number (which I already knew but was not tracking correctly) they were unable to give me any further information as to where my package might be or when it may be delivered. It's ridiculous that a company would be unable to track it's own merchandise. I would recommend researching other companies when ordering because nothing could be worse than the service from Unifit.

Terrible experience. Bought 2 shirts, one was ok, the other was horrendous! The material was super thick, not breathable, oddly shiny, and uncomfortably stiff. I reached out to them to return it and of course they are all the way in China and said I need to cover the return shipping or they will give me a 10% refund. What a scam! Buy from American companies who stand by their products.

It has been a month since I ordered and I still don’t have my sweatshirt. I wasn’t even told when the expected ship time would be. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift but I guess may end up being a Valentine’s gift if it even shows up. If this really is a hoax I will be super disappointed that people are using people’s faith in Jesus Christ for their own monetary benefit.

It’s been 24 days since I’ve ordered and still have not received my order.

They never placed address on package but it’s been claimed as “delivered” they accept zero accountability and has taken over a month of back and forth emails with no resolution. DONOT ORDER FROM HERE.

Horrible. Ordered a hoodie and have sent emails requesting updates. While I did receive a response, one month plus later, trying to get my money back-SCAM.

I purchased this sweatshirt on 11/12/25 after reading reviews of long wait time. Nothing about quality being poor and I ordered it. Unfortunately the quality is horrible. It’s a polyester hoodie with no stretch or give. My son will not wear it because it is uncomfortable. The wording is sublimations and not screen print. Contacted customer service and could not return it due to no item defect. Offered me 20% off next purchase or 10% refund. I said I’d like to ship it back only to find out it is actually from China and not in CO like their website states. So it would cost $27 to ship it back or give me 12% refund. Do not use this company. I’m guessing most people orders around the same time I did for Christmas because now I’m seeing all the negative reviews and with the same issues.

Great fit. I will be ordering one for my son too!

I’m still waiting for the shirt to arrive. I understand the holidays, but it was a Christmas present. Hopefully it will arrive soon and I can give a better review

Horrible material and sewing. Requested refund and they requested me to ship back to China at s cost of $71.00 for two sweatshirts even though they shipped it to me for 7.99.I will dispute with my credit card company if they do not refund me back. Happy to send their apparel back if they provide the shipping. Total scam and horrible apparel. Buyer beware. I plan on sharing with Facebook. Instagram TikTok & Youtube so no one else will be scammed ! 12/30/2025 I have reached back out to UnifitStyle via email and they offered a $10 credit and me keep garments. I do not want their garments. I want a full refund minus the $7.99 shipping I paid. If they provide a shipping label I am happy to send garments back. I paid them a total of $74.87 including the $7.99 shipping. I want back $66.88 what I paid. Garments are not acceptable. The company has refunded me $60.80 as of 1/5/2025.

Terrible communication and response time. I ordered over 2 weeks ago. Never arrived.multiple times attempted to contact the company, with NO response. They did of course charge and take my money and I have not received any product. The “worry free” coverage I paid for also won’t cover it, because the product has to either be shipped or not what I expected once I received.
Almost $100! What a scam- on Christian items. Seriously?

I'll update my review if my order arrives today. I ordered on Black Friday and had to reach out to customer service to follow up on shipment. My order wasn't shipped until 12/16th from China. Christmas presents!!!! Today's the eve.. let's see if it arrives.

I bought the “Jesus is King” sweatshirt for my nephew for Christmas on 12/6, and I’m still waiting for the product to arrive 2+ weeks later. I know for certain given that the product is still in China that it will not arrive by Christmas, which is disappointing. I complained about the lack of disclosure and their response was ‘it’s stated under shipping policy’ However it’s hidden, which is deceitful. You can probably order something similar where the lead time isn’t so long. I wouldn’t order from this place again.

I thought they were a small christian company in the US. They are in China and shipping takes 45 days!! This wasn't made known to anyone who wanted to order. I will not order from them again or recommend them.

Still waiting for my order. NO response from anyone! These are Christmas gifts that were ordered on 12/9/25. I received an email that my order was confirmed. When I went on your tracking site, the site froze up. Very, disappointed and will not order from you again. Where is my order?

I placed my order on December 5th and it still hasn’t shipped. I’ve contacted customer service by email many times and I get the same vague messages saying it’ll ship soon. I’m very upset because these are Christmas gifts for my son. He’s going to be so disappointed if I cant get the order.
