Label created, package not shipped/picked up.
I ordered a few hoodies form this site on June 11th. I received a confirmation a label has been created for the package. It has not been picked up form the company at this time (over 6,5 weeks later).
I send an email to the helpdesk 2 weeks ago, asking for an update. They told me that they would start an investigation, but hadn't heard anything from them for 1,5 weeks. I sent them another mail, asking for an update. They referred me to the shipping company. I can't sent the shipping company an email asking about the package for another 3 weeks! As their policy states that it has to be lost for 60 days minimum.
I am still trying to get the order or my money back.

Wanted to update my review, unifit finally got back to me and basically said there was nothing they could do. After weeks of emails and phone calls the offered to ship me my order again, but would only do it if I deleted my first review and left them good one. Don’t trust this company they are a scam.

I wrote another review previously, but this is about the ongoing issues I've been experiencing. I felt that this company was a scam. The more I looked into it, the more I realized they had stolen videos from the FortySixty company and used them as their own. I requested a refund, and they did give it to me; however, the communication felt like it was from an AI. Please exercise caution when dealing with this company. I am only giving a two instead of a one because they did refund my money.

Slow Delivery, Terrible Customer Service
This was my second time ordering from this shop. My son likes their shirts. Both occasions were incredible slow for delivery... like 4-6 weeks with no tracking info. However, on our 2nd order, they sent us the wrong sizes. I have been trying to get them exchanged or refunded now for 6 weeks. Their customer service email address bounces back half the time and they request photos of the incorrect item (completely understandable) but their email address does not accept photos. So now they are telling me I need to upload the photos of the incorrect shirts to their facebook account. Wish they would have said that initially. I'm done ordering from here!
