I’ve reached out numerous times and got 1 response then when checking the tracking status it basically says the same thing. It’s a Christmas gift and I paid extra for express now I’m 2 days away and nothing I will get my money back and better business bureau will be contacted this is BS.

Really good product, arrived on time and my partner absolutely loved it.

I ordered a pet portrait of my dog in a Bills uniform. The portrait I received Over a month later was not my dog. It has been over 2 months trying to get a replacement or refund. Poor service and photo was a scam.

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering from this company. Terrible service, and apparently this has been the experience of most people.

I ordered the comic eyes t-shirt and received the shirt weeks late with someone else's eyes on the shirt. I have blue eyes, I received a shirt of someone who has brown eyes. Nothing like mine. Absolutely horrible. Will never order from them again!

I ordered a sweatshirt for the university of Georgia, and instead they sent me Fresno college. I reached out to them, sent them photos of incorrect sweatshirt, and they said that they would resend me the correct one. A month later, I still have not received anything, I have reached out to them again via email (on the same email thread to they previously agreed to send replacement), and now they are saying that they sent the correct one to begin with and they will not be sending another. Infuriating! Do not buy from this company!

Paid for VIP postage but did not receive the item for at least 6 weeks. The tracking service did not work properly, and the customer service bot at Unigifta kept giving me the exact same line asking me for information. I would give the information and then it would avoid me for a bit until it would ask the same line asking for the same information.

If I could give less than 1 start I would. I ordered a hat and I waited about 3 weeks before I reached out to the company because I hadn’t received any tracking info. I was told in an email that the product hadn’t been made yet. I said fine, please cancel as the item hasn’t been made because it’s not going to arrive on time. At that point all of my emails were then not receiving responses. Then they sent a fake tracking number service and I never received the item. They won’t return your money for any reason and they won’t answer your emails once you start asking for money back. They are terrible company.

Ordered 2 T-shirt. In same size. But 1 was at least 2 size smaller. Tried to contact them by email, messenger and Instagram. No response.
It was also promised delivery 3 to 11 days. It took a month. I recommend to stay away from this company.

Order proces was ok, website does dropshipment from China, you need to be aware when ordering.. Production and shipment took a bit longer then expected. It took 11days, instead of the 6to8 days.

Product was a very good quality.

Maid a order have not received it asked to cancel order and received a refund can not get a response

The idea was cute for my 2 toddlers to give to their mother for mothers day(today as i write this). When I ordered it I got the whole package, the box the card and the shirt. I took forever to get here and tracking it provided no information. When I did finally get it I opened it of course and noticed in one of the kids names who was supposed to be in a royal blue color was red all around one of the prints. The name that came before was in red. So their machine didn't get completely rid of the red before stamping the blue one. Stand out like all hell! Then after I looked a little closer I find that in the same name that was already a problem the middle toe is MISSING! Not even partly there. So I contacted 1 time and got an AI responses asking for what I already sent in my original email. 2nd time was an AI responses again. 3rd time I got what I think was a human but telling me they don't bare the cost of shipping for returns unless it was a company caused problem. It's completely obvious it was created and caused by them but now I put it just this way and I can't get a response. This company is a joke and I highly recommend going to a different company for any needs you may have. F this sc*mbag place

Scam company same problem as everyone else order a sweater and nothing contacted the company throu the email and saying problem with address check the address and there is nothing wrong with what was put down DO NOT BUY FRON THIS COMPANY OR ANY OTHER ONES THEY OWN!!!!!

No delivery and no response. Seems like a scam.

Ordered a custom hoodie to save for mothers day, and was a little worried by the previous reviews. However the hoodie arrived after only 2 weeks (Europe), and is super nice condition, perfect size and exactly as ordered. So very positively surprised and will probably use them again in the future 😊

The item was 2 sizes too small refused to help with refund and didn't even bother with the black frosted gift box it's a complete scam

joke company.... brought a hoodie, saw the reviews and i tried to cancel... and my response was.... you guessed it... the classic... ''cant find your order details'' after showing proof and the bloody link to my order details i still got '' we cannot find your order details to cancel your item''...... a few days passed and i get a email saying i cannot cancel due to my item has been shipped... i checked the tracking they provided and it just says shipment details received.. a week later and it still says shipping details received..funny they have no issues finding my order details now its been ''shipped'' joke company...

had my hoodie delivered today..it looked horrible...and they wouldn't give me any return instructions just the same rubbish bot reply asking for my order number and email even though with every email i send i have provided it
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! there customer support is just bots and you will be just going in circles ...
