I bought two t shirts in medium. They fit perfectly and they are high quality material. The designs are really cool too and I am looking fprward to adding them to my summer wardrobe. Ill definitely be returning to buy more in the next months!! 10/10

This company has a really cool brand-style, cool designs and a really really responsive customer service.

The only small problems were delivery time, which took a bit longer than what they said would be, and a small error on the tshirt printed design. But the customer service was very quick and they offered a compensation for it, so I would say that good service made up for it.

Really love the different choice of prints, quality T-shirt the material is lovely and the print is soft, not stiff like on cheaper options. Fast service and easy to contact to amend, would use again

I’ve read some reviews and I completely agree that their customer service is terrible. They can’t seem to find a solution when there’s a problem. Personally, I think they’re losing more customers with this approach.
Given the price, the quality of their products is really poor. It’s no better than Shein or Temu.

T-shirt gekocht, welke is gekrompen in de was. Ik heb zelf in een kledingzaak gewerkt dus al gestoomd en gestreken, het is veel te kort geworden. Kan het shirt niet meer aan maar ze willen niks doen ter compensatie!

Great experience. A teeshirt I ordered wasn't available due to a stocking error but I was contacted promptly by customer service and this was resolved brilliantly. Teeshirt quality and designs are really good.

Have been buying clothes from UN:IK for the last 5+ years and their quality and designs make them stick out (in a good way).
I’ve unfortunately had issues with my orders/returns and the customer service team are responsive, helpful, and honest. It’s refreshing to see they care about the brand and their customers.

Worst customer service I have experienced from an online clothing shop.

I ordered four T-shirts and returned three of them. The return was received, but instead of issuing a refund to my original payment method, they have only offered store credit. I was not informed of this at the time and only found out after chasing them.

When I contacted customer service, I was told there was nothing they could do, which I find completely unacceptable. I paid through Klarna and expect the refund to be processed properly, not held as store credit against my wishes.

I would not recommend ordering from this company unless you are absolutely certain you will not need to return anything. I am now taking the matter up with Klarna.

Je n’ai pas l’habitude de laisser des avis, mais au vu de mon expérience, je pense que c’est important de la partager.

J’ai passé une commande de plus de 150€ chez UNIK Clothing et j’ai rencontré un problème sérieux avec l’un des T-shirts. Dès la toute première utilisation, en portant simplement un sac à dos (usage totalement normal), le T-shirt s’est déchiré au niveau de la couture de l’épaule. Ce n’est clairement pas normal pour un vêtement neuf.

J’ai contacté le service client en envoyant des photos comme preuve. Malgré cela, ils ont refusé de me rembourser, en expliquant qu’ils ne pouvaient pas déterminer l’origine du problème. Ils m’ont d’abord proposé une remise de 10% sur une prochaine commande, ce que j’ai trouvé assez déplacé au vu de la situation.

Après plusieurs échanges (plus de 5 mails sur plusieurs semaines), ils ont fini par proposer un échange, mais toujours aucun remboursement. Entre-temps, la situation a tellement traîné que je n’ai aujourd’hui plus aucune confiance dans leurs produits. Si un échange m’avait été proposé dès le début, je l’aurais probablement accepté, mais ce n’est plus le cas.

J’ai donc été contraint d’ouvrir un litige via PayPal, ce que je ne fais jamais habituellement.

Je tiens à rester objectif : je ne sais pas si c’est un défaut isolé ou si la qualité globale est en cause. En revanche, au vu de la manière dont le service client a géré la situation, cela ne donne pas confiance dans leurs produits ni dans leur capacité à assumer leurs responsabilités.

Expérience très décevante, autant sur la qualité que sur le service après-vente. Je ne recommande pas cette marque.

Have purchased a few times from UN:IK and have generally been happy with the quality. Bought a cap from them and it is atrocious. Looks like something you'd get as a freebie from a petrol station despite being over £25, and is a different colour, style and shape to the one pictured on their website. Attempted to return it but no option on their site for a refund, just store credit + 10%. Contacted them and they initally played dumb before saying it was a website issue and to choose that option and they would refund me. That doesn't sit at all well with me and i absolutely do not want to click to accept store credit on a 'promise' from them to manage a proper refund. They then said they cannot generate a label, and finally have said that returns must be at my own expense, despite the fact the item is clearly not as described, and in contravention of the consumer rights act. I've initiated a charge back with my credit card, but ultimately, this is a store i've spent a few hundred quid with on tees and hoodies/sweaters over the last couple of years, and they've lost my custom forever over a few quid of postage and some truly unethical actions around their returns portal - which doesn't seem to be 'broken', but instead deliberately set up to deny customers their legal right to return.

I’ve ordered from UNIk a number of times and the clothing is always great quality and the delivery is always efficient . This particular order, the items didn’t fit, but the return process was very efficient, returning can be inconvenient but this was a very easy process
